We had a wonderful stay!The place was spotless and very well-maintained.The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the beach and super convenient for getting around the island.Everything was exactly as described, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. What you see on line is what you get. Small space as advertised great for a single or couple. Clean and efficient. Host was great with any support needed. This is old Florida type cottage. Great central location on the island. Make sure to stop at Scotty's Deli.

A great place to stay on beautiful Anna Maria

The house is clean and comfortable and very well equipped, every thing you could possibly need seems to be available here from buckets and spades to picnic baskets, torches and food processors! It is also very well placed to get to the beach, local shops and restaurants and the free Anna Maria trolley. There may well be some smarter homes for rental on the island but not at this sort of price and Joel is great to deal with, he makes sure that his guests are well informed and happy with all aspects of the rental.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The house is as described and has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. No beach chairs since Helene, but we honestly didn't need them because we spent all of our time in the beautiful water! Beach access was very easy and we never had trouble finding somewhere to park. PSA : Rent a golf cart! We had a wonderful week at Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars and are already planning our next visit. Hopefully sooner than later! Joel was great with communicating with me before, during and after our stay. Even with my silly questions! He's a great host and we look forward to renting from him again soon!

Perfect accommodations for a beach vacation!

My 4 year old son and I had everything we needed and then some for a lovely beach vacation! The home is clean and well maintained, you are provided with supplies for the beach so we didn’t need much at all! Would certainly stay again!

Did it really have to end?

Our stay at Joel’s house was wonderful. My girlfriend and I, my daughter and her friend all had a great time on AMI. Joel goes above and beyond by great communication before and during our stay. Very quiet neighborhood, house was clean and it had everything you need for a awesome AMI beach vacation. Thank you Joel for a great stay.

Fantastic First Time in AMI

This was our family's first time staying on AMI and Songbird made it great! The location right in the center of Holmes Beach made everything easily accessible by the bikes (that were provided) or by walking. The house was exactly as advertised and met our needs. We were comfortable both indoors or on the back patio overlooking an expansive backyard. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Location!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying at Joel’s house! It was beautiful, clean, tidy and the location was amazing. We couldn’t ask for anything better, we felt right at home! A few days before our stay Joel gave clear instructions that ensured a smooth check in. I highly recommend this place!

Nice family unit.

Nice place overall. grab bars in shower but floor was slippery. Would be nice to have dish soap available. T.V.s in bedrooms would be nice. (teenagers) Keyless entry would be nice , not having to keep track of key at the beach. We would rent this unit again. Plenty of bicycles for use (nice )

Great little spot

Perfect place to stay a couple blocks from the beach. A great location on the island for families. The house is well maintained and the yard has a lot to offer with different tropical trees and plants.

Comfy and convenient!

This place was perfect. It was super clean and inviting when we arrived, and Joel really has thought of everything. We loved the bikes, which were in great condition. It was wonderful to have all the beach gear, from chairs to umbrella to noodles and even a wagon, which was great because the beach is so close you can easily walk. We enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well supplied. Four of us stayed comfortably, the location was nice as we could walk or bike to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back and stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

Wow, we had the time of our lives here. This little place is exactly as described. 8 min walk to beach, in the most neighborly part of the island. Everything you need is here, well stocked kitchen bikes, beach gear galore. All you need is a bathing suit!

Comfortable & clean

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and didn’t have any problems whatsoever! The owner is super easy to communicate with and the cottage had everything we needed. Loved being able to use the owner’s beach toys and wagon and walk just a few blocks to the beach at 65th street.

Amazing trip to AMI

Joel was very helpful and gave great suggestions for our first trip to AMI. Having the bikes on site was an amazing perk! We rode 3-4 miles every day to explore the island. Only a two minute bike ride to the beach! Would recommend this property!

Great home, location, and owner

I’m always looking for a nice place to stay on the island. We found this duplex and really like it. Side B, which is the one we are on, has a covered patio. Between that and the lounge chair under the tree, that’s where I have spent a good portion of my time. The house is very clean and comfortable It is a great location. We have talked with the owner several times and he is very personable. I would highly recommend this property and I am looking forward to staying here next year when I come back
