Everything we needed. Very well laid out floor plan, pool and spa area private and very functional. Location fantastic, close to everything we needed. Walking distance to beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check in easy and owner Joe was very helpful and quick to respond if we had a question.

A group of friends and I stayed at Casa Laguna for the week and it was perfect. The house was more than big enough for the 6 of us and was accommodate us all perfectly. We loved every part of this property and would definitely recommend staying here. We spend most of our days out by the pool. The pool itself was worth rebooking this house! Definitely the highlight of the property.

Great Stay

This house is wonderful, so much room and has everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing, spent a lot of time there. The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk and was never very crowded. Would stay here again

First of, hopefully, many AMI vacations

Absolutely the perfect house and location- right in between Bradenton and Anna Maria- a very quiet enclave. The house was fully equipped with everything you would find in your own house. Beds, bedding, and towels were all good quality. No need to even use your car unless you are going off the island. We rented a golf cart and brought our e-bikes. There are also four other bikes which family used when they came to visit. The house is less than three blocks to the beach and we definitely enjoyed it!Can't wait to return to AMI!

Wonderful Experience

Excellent overall experience. Very appreciative that the owners worked hard to get the property ready following the 2 gulf hurricanes. The updates to the property were great and worked perfectly for our family. Great location within a short walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen amenities. Solid communications throughout with the owners. Highly recommend.

Excellent house on AMI. Family friendly house of all ages, plenty of space for family of 7 . Playroom also has bunk beds so can be total of 5 bedroom. Separate room over garage was Excellent for daughter with 7 month old. Didnt hear up in middle of night

Quick trip

Great weather, nice property though we weren’t there most of the time, lived on the beach. The pool was great at night and the location is central to the island shops and restaurants.

Family Get-to-gether

Perfect property for the combination of family we had or a larger group. Owner was helpful and responded pretty fast to our questions . Only 2 of the 4 bikes were in working condition, the pool was cooler than expected but the hot tub made up for it. There was no water pressure in the sink in the master bathroom, but everyone liked the shower on the upper level. But location to the beach was good and overall location on the island. We enjoyed our stay!

We love Casa Laguna

This was the 4th time we've stayed at Casa Laguna and we will be back. We love everything about this rental! The house is perfect for a big family and has all the beach toys you'll ever want/need. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub is the perfect oasis and the location is fantastic. One word of caution, the golf cart doesn't have a slow moving vehicle sign on it, or license plate, so we didn't dare take it out much. Otherwise, this is by far our favorite rental on the island.

Great outdoor area

Great pool and hot tub. Loved the outdoor area. Fenced in for our dog. Trick to the hot tub is it can take 2 hours to heat if it’s cold out. There’s a Walmart just off island. Publix was expensive. Lots of restaurants close. Waterfront restaurant was good. We did a fishing charter with Anna Maria Fishing Charters. Great experience. Mote Aquarium in Sarasota was great. The beach is beautiful, very soft sand. Enjoyed our stay.

Love Anna Maria

Our family had a great Staycation away from St Pete. The home was very spacious, well stocked, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. One warning though to potential renters, the golf cart is not exactly street legal (which we kind of knew). We took a risk but learned the hard way 🚔. So just be careful if you plan on using the golf cart. We would definitely rent this home again, and have already talked about including additional family. We just might rent a golf cart next time. Thank you to the owners, for allowing us an opportunity to rent your home. 5 stars from us.

Family vacation

Every thing was as stated in vrbo. Great pool area and outdoor space. House has plenty of room for a big family. Great location with a shuttle bus stop next to property. Golf cart was great.The family had plenty of room to sleep and enjoy our vacation. I would rent this place again in a heart beat. Thanks for a great family vacation to the oweners.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed with our children and grandkids loved our time on the island. The house is in a great location for just about everything. It was very well stocked with all the basics (cookware, spices, paper products, etc). The bedrooms are spread throughout the house which gave everyone privacy and the upscale bathrooms with great showers were nice. Our grandson thought it was so cool that he could play music through the upstairs shower wall! The PacMan video machine was also a big hit!! The pool was great and was serviced twice during the week. The yard was surrounded with lush greenery, which gave us a lot of privacy. Highly recommend!

Family Vaca Stay

House was in a nice central location with three block walk to the beach. Bedroom layout allowed for lots of privacy for each person/couple. Didn't have young children, but the house had plenty of equipment and items for younger children. The pool and hot tub and private outdoor space was the bomb!

Nothing like listing

Paddle board was broken, bikes were not road worthy and owner said "sorry people don't rent houses for the amenities," and refused to repair bikes or replace paddle board. Closet door came down when my niece opened it and hit her in the head. Smell of dead rodents in garage. Golf cart is old and battery doesn't hold charge long with tire that is flat and needs to be pumped up before each use. Day before we left the entire house had horrible sewer smell as all plumbing traps were somehow flushed out. We had to open all windows, run some water at every sink and tub and leave. Gave me a nauseating headache. At that point I was tired of the owners passive attitude and stopped wasting my vacation time messaging him. Feel strongly that we deserved some kind of refund as this house is not worth what we were charged! Kitchen table is worn out, drawers broken in kitchen, pool basketball hoop leaks and kept falling on our heads, lights flicker... the list goes on and on. Owner admitted he has not had anyone there take care of trees in year and a half. Only thing owner did for us was send pest control out. Good thing was pool, hot tub gets hot but no working jets when tub is turned on. Owner stated going through life event. if that is case this house should be taken off VRBO as it is not being maintained.
