Lovely Spot, gorgeous view

Very well maintained, cleaner than most rentals. Great job by cleaning crew and lovely details in the condo. Rental company was very responsive. Care free stay.

Great location

We loved the location and convenience of this condo. It was big enough for myself and my husband, and two other adults. My husband had to work while we were there, and the workstation was perfect for that. The views were spectacular, and it was only steps to the beach. I loved the building, the secure parking, and the proximity to Walgreens and Publix (a seven-minute walk). They also provided some nice items for the beach (chairs and umbrella in the storage locker in garage, and beach towels in the unit). The kitchen does need some items, like pizza pan, cookie sheets, etc. Also, the beds are VERY uncomfortable. I bought a mattress pad and extra towels so I didn't have to wash towels every day. My response from VACASA was poor. We had several issues when we checked in, and they were slow to respond. I even walked to their local office, but the doors were locked and no one answered when I knocked. They sent a repairman to work on a couple of issues and he was great! The furniture in the condo is old, broken down and smells. The carpet in the bedrooms are FILTHY. Despite that, I think the cleaning crew does a great job! It was so clean when we arrived. The carpet is not their responsibility. I would absolutely recommend this place. I think it just needs some updating to furniture, carpet and mattresses.. The positives of this condo WAY exceed the negatives.

Great stay

Great stay! Definitely would stay again. I think the floors need a good cleaning between each stay. Also, we didn’t have the key for the storage room with all the beach gear which was a little disappointing. Overall, amazing condo and would stay again!

Beautiful condo. A couple of problems, tv didn’t work and no large frying pan for cooking. However these two issues were quickly resolved. Unit could use blankets. We only found one for three beds! It would be difficult to pack a king size blanket!

Great time at AMI

We returned to AMI after visiting two years ago. We chose to use VRBO and found this condo right on the beach. It's massive! Very nice and spacious with 3 bedrooms all towards back of condo and kitchen/living room up front and a nice balcony with great views of the beach. Parking right out front and quick and easy walk to the beach. This is right over the bridge from Bradenton so was an ideal location for us to travel up and down AMI/Holmes beach. Publix is just around the corner and restaurants are a short drive away. Will definitely keep on our list of staying here again next time we return.

Location was really good. The condo was spacious.We had a great view of the ocean.

I really liked the condo. When I went to pick up the key I got to the office at 4:10 pm and was told I needed to come back because check in can only be done at 4:30pm. I thought it was a little ridiculous to wait 20 min to get the key. We had just flown in and rented a car and were sharing the condo with another couple who also had a car, which brings us to a total of 2 vehicles. When I inquired about the parking situation, I was told that only one parking space was available, no guest parking or other parking. This seemed very unreasonable for a 3 bedroom condo to only have 1 parking spot but the only explanation we got was “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” When we finally got inside the condo we found that we were only supplied a total of 4 towels, for a unit that advertised “for 6 guests” which of course forced us to go and purchase some additional towels. We were also never informed about the storage facility in the building that held chairs and umbrellas for our unit. The staff at the main office was not really aware of a lot of the details or inquiries we made. The condo was very nice but management was not very helpful. I would definitely like to rent again but would respectfully request that management be more helpful and knowledgeable. We found there to be A few additional parking spaces next to building. Finally very nice Condo just poor management.
