Great location, accommodations, and food!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this unit. It was clean, newly updated, cozy and close to the beach! Will certainly be back next winter! Could use a little more storage in the master bedroom, but we made due with what we had and loved everything about the place. Walking distance to everything you could need - groceries, restaurants, etc.

across the street from the beach

This home was very easy to get our stuff in and out of with no trouble. Safe neighborhood, across the street from the beach. great location for all things on the island. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great for a small one. everything in the kitchen was good. I didn't have to bring anything from my kitchen. No details missed. Thank you for such a nice place will be back again

Made in the Shade

Made in the Shade Good for 2 people although it would accommodate 4 but you would be in the living/kitchen area. Limited outdoor space but did have chairs on the side. Only steps to the beach but on the southern part of the island so not a lot of restaurants, but if you have a car, no problem. Had an indoor shared washer and dryer which was great, very clean.

It’s conveniently located across the street from the beach access and right down the street from Publix, Walgreens, and shopping stores! I highly recommend this rental. The washer/dryer is co-located in the unit and makes laundry easier than having to find a laundromat! I highly recommend this rental!

Made In The Shade A

Quick walk across the street to the walk path leading to the beach. Did not need the car or find a parking for the beach. Bathroom very clean. Comfortable mattress. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking plus glasses and plates. Very nice barbecue outside. There are 2 ROKU TVs. Wi-Fi included plus Spectrum.

Lovely property and steps to the beach.

This house was so clean and well decorated. perfect little screened in patio. Had all the beach equipment needed. The beach access was straight across from the driveway, located on a quiet street. the beach was not crowded due to it being away from main beach access and parking for public. also walking distance from Publix and shops. I would recommend renting a golf cart so you can easily visit the island, but not needed. Would definitely rent again. Love Anna Maria Island.

House directly across a quiet road..house looks further away on the picture posted so that was a pleasant surprise. Close to shops/restaurants. Free trolley station right around corner so easy to navigate. Wouldn’t count pull out couch as bed option..mattress was quite uncomfortable other than that everything was perfect.

The people in the 2nd unit used the beach umbrella every day so on the last day we asked if we could use it. The owners need to supply an umbrella for each unit. The only other suggestion is that the owners add some furniture on the pebble area to sit and have coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon. The other side area is where there is a table and chairs not a pleasant place to sit. They could be moved to the other side for more enjoyment.

Perfect Rental for the Two of Us

Having rented from Island Vacation before, I was pretty sure that everything would be great and it was. The property was well appointed and clean. All of the appliances were in great condition and the HVAC worked perfectly. It has everything you need for your stay. The house is right across the road from the beach access point. The location is mid-island so it is very convenient(only two blocks from Walgreens and Publix). The only suggestion I would make to improve the home is that it could use one more beach umbrella as it is a two unit rental with only one umbrella available.
