We loved our beach front property! The amenities were really great and exactly what we were looking for - close beach access, heated pool and tennis court. Somehow, the weather was also perfect. 75 degrees and sunny for Thanksgiving, with a comfortable living space and new appliances! The neighbors were also extremely friendly, so we enjoyed making some new friends. The lit tennis courts were also well used, and I heard they'll be resurfaced soon, even though they are in pretty decent condition. Excited to book with this host again soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Condo was great layout..nicely updated..anything you may need was available..location was perfect..pool was always kept clean..view from condo and deck area were awesome..decided it was our favorite vrbo rental yet...hope to return!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and very well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Being on the first floor was so convenient, and we loved having easy access in and out. The owners provided plenty of beach gear, which made our days by the ocean even better. The décor and artwork gave the place such a nice, welcoming feel. Overall, it was comfortable, clean, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and excellent location on the beach. We absolutely loved staying here. They have everything you need including beach chairs, coolers, games, kites and much more. Would love to visit AMI again and stay at this location.

The condo was beautiful. It was updated, spacious, and clean. The easy access off the back deck right to the pool area and the beach was amazing. Overall, this was the best beach condo my family has ever rented.

Amazing property! Impeccable decor, well appointed with everything you need! Perfect location on the beach and convenient to AMI restaurants, etc. Parking space conveniently located right beside the front door. So appreciate the queen-sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the location is amazing, the property clearly well maintained. The only concern/ suggestion is matress quality in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, my parents and my daughter could barely sleep on those, very by old and need to be replaced. The master bedroom had a nice matress.

The Closest to Heaven

The property was amazing. The reserved parking is right beside the unit, the pool is heated, the beach is amazing, and the unit has everything you can possibly think of for a beach trip. We had to switch rentals the week before we were supposed to go on this beach trip and Gy was super helpful with answering any questions my family had. The unit was spotless, the kitchen and extra fridge were superb as well too. I’d have to say getting to watch the sunsets off the private deck on the back of the property was something my kids and I throughly enjoyed. The walk from the unit to setting up our beach tent was also super short. All in all my family cannot wait to go back next year!

Spring break with the family

Perfect location in the perfect condo! We loved our stay at “Almost Heaven” - the condo was well outfitted with everything you need for a stay at the beach. We loved that the pool was Gulf front and the beachside deck was a nice amenity too. The master bed was a little firm for our liking, but that is just personal preference. Rent this condo - you will love it!

We had the best time in AMI and in this space. The unit itself is incredibly well appointed - beach supplies, kitchen gadgets, coolers, tennis/pickle ball supplies, etc. Every thing was at our finger tips to start enjoying vacation and the space immediately. The unit was clean and laid out great for us!The broader complex offers pickleball, a pool, and amazing access to the beach just steps away. We LOVED the deck to be able experience the beach in quick doses vs. having a whole set-up in the sand.Communication with the host and accessing the unit was super easy!

Fantastic stay on Holmes Beach

Just fantastic. Gy was a great host and the unit was just as advertised, so clean and fully stocked I would absolutely stay again. It was great being right on the beach yet still having a heated pool. First floor was convenient, given we had an infant.

Amazgin week at Amost Heaven

This was our first trip to Holmes Beach and we were not disappionted at all. AMI is a great place to relax and Gy makes sure you have nothing to worry about it when he shares his home. We had a relaxaing vacation and enjoyed everything. We will be back and this is the only place we will stay. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. Until next time.

Great stay, can't wait to return!

The location was wonderful and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out, very clean, great storage space, great kitchen stock and supplies, loved having laundry capabilities right there. Having the pool and beach so close made it easy for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and breaks. We used the shaded deck area every day. Super easy to unload from the car to the front door just steps away. Owner was prompt with all communication and quick to respond to questions. Very friendly and you can tell they care about their condo and take great care of it. Property manager gave us referral suggestions for boat excursion company and we had a great time that day! All around a fantastic, relaxing and fun trip and would love to return again.
