Didn't have much interaction with the host, but all the necessary information (address, gate code, door code, etc) was clearly laid out in the email communications. The only thing I was unsure of was the mirror hanging parking tag that was required. But as soon as we walked in the door the parking tag was left out for us.

Mello Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a house party on the flat below on my first night that went on until 1am. The washing machine kept turning on and off every fifteen minutes for the whole two days. I tried getting help from the workers but no one got back to me. Those things aside, the flat was spotless and very nice.
