Súper excelente, limpio, buena atención, fantástico! La atención del señor que es mánager del lugar es fantástica. El mar bellísimo esta a solo dos minutos caminando, la piscina es fabulosa, la pasamos genial y volveremos nuevamente!! Súper excelent! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The unit was well stocked with necessary items for a beach stay and they thought of everything needed to cook in the unit! Having a washer/dryer inside the unit was so convenient. The staff was quick to respond with questions, and were very kind. The access to the beach was excellent. The outdoor shower and shared space was really nice too. Would stay again!

Our room was outstanding. Clean with all the amenities you could want. Having a dryer and washing machine really upped our stay. Really no complaints about this place. The grounds were clean and fresh looking.

The room had all the amenities you might need with all beach essentials like chairs, umbrella and cooler. Very nicely decorated too and everything is new.The only thing I wish they would offer was a crib upon request instead of having to rent (but definitely not a problem for most people!). We had a great time at the hotel and would definitely stay again if coming back to AMI!

Cozy & Clean

We absolutely loved our stay at Mello! This was just what we were looking for! Something clean, kid friendly, and right next to the beach! Every inch of the space was so well thought out. I loved that it just has the essentials and not a bunch of extra unnecessary clutter for our little one to get into. The washer and dryer saved us from having to pack too much. The pool was adorable and the turf and walk ways were so clean and tidy and nice to walk on. They had 2 outdoor showers on-site to wash off sand before heading back into the rooms which was nice not tracking in sand. The room was equipped with 2 beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella, and beach towels which is amazing for anyone flying in that can’t pack all of that. Would highly recommend!

The communication from the company was spectacular and having Matt Stout on the ground to answer questions was so helpful. A few minor tweaks I'd recommend - when it comes time to replace the beach chairs, keep them cute but with a backpack option for carrying.In the guidebook, add what the kitchen has (e.g. nutribullet - we would have bought smoothie stuff) AND hype up the guide that Giselle sent even more - it was so useful!Everything was so lovely, can't wait to come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very cute and has all the basic essentials you need for a week+ vacation stay. We were not a fan of the small living room space. There is a hide-a-bed that if utilized would take up the whole living room. And the one "chair" was really uncomfortable. So I would categorize this unit as a 2 person only. In my opinion it is not "technically" on the beach. The beach chairs are the old fashion webbing chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very relaxing and the location of Mello was great.The amenities were very good. Well kept and user friendly. The facilities were clean and well organized. The only problem was when we checked out it was 6:40am and it was still dark. The facility was only lit up with awful red lights. It made the stairs very difficult to see. I missed the last step to the middle landing and stumbled and scraped up my elbow on the rough wall. I was bleeding and couldn’t get back in the room because I coded out already and had to make my flight. The ride to Ft Myers was 2hrs. I managed to patch myself up. Someone is really going to get hurt if the stairs are no lit up better.The facilities were lit up properly at night with white bright lights.

The beach access was perfect and the sunsets each evening were phenomenal! We found the staff to be very helpful. As we checked out, one of the staff members helped us carry and load up our luggage. We appreciated his help so much! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The only minor inconvenience was the Keurig machine didn’t work but other than that, everything was great. I unfortunately had to evacuate a day early due to hurricane Helene but that was out of anyone’s control. I’m definitely rebooking and planning to return with friends next year

Perfect location for a relaxing family getaway

They provided everything you need in the kitchen and even had a few coffee pods to get you started! The location was perfect, steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Everything thing else was just a short drive away. The rooms and outdoor space were so cute and inviting! Everything was clean and kept up throughout our 3 night stay. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! The only suggestion I could make, although I think they might actually be working on it. Is a little more light at the parking/entrance area.
