Very beautiful house - excellent seating areas throughout the house and a great outdoor area and gaming room. Excellent pool and all fenced in. Great proximity to the beach, only 1 block away. Hope to rent here again.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed the house, it has a fabulous pool, a spectacular games room, the whole property is very good, the proximity to the beach is incredible!

2 weeks in paradise!

We stayed at this fabulous property for two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location to walk to the beach, great accommodations, awesome pool with outdoor TV and fun games for the family. We will be back!

La Coconut was peefect! The home had everything we needed and more!The pool and outddoor area was amazing. Anna Maria Life vacation rentals is definitely the best on the island! We will always use them for our accommodations! Thanks for an amazing stay ❤️

Great beach house and location!

Great location! 170 steps to a great uncrowned beach and about two blocks to the market. We loved the small pool and the house was a great fit for my husband and two adult children.

Middle of Everything

Good central spot, pool onsite and pool toys and bikes available for use. Close to Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. Nice clean accommodations. Well worth it.

Very clean house. Great amenities. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants and fun activities.

My wife, myself and our 4 kids ages 16, 15, 13 and 3, all had a wonderful time. The house was so comfortable and peaceful. It really was a home away from home. We already miss the pool and the waterfall and all the palm trees. We can't wait to come back. Best vacation ever!

A Week at the beach

We very much enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is beautiful and well cared for. Also, the location, pool, and games downstairs were so much fun. Our only complaint was the king and queen mattresses were too soft making a good nights sleep difficult. Otherwise, the place was great!

Great vacation location

Our stay at La Coconut was awesome. We were close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Our private pool area and deck was enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so we could eat many meals at the house. The grill was great. We look forward to returning for another vacation.

Family Vacation

Walking steps to the beach and didn’t have to cross a major road to get to the beach. It was a straight path to the beach access. House was perfect for our family. Selling point for us is the outdoor tv and seating area. Everything is as pictured and would definitely stay at the house again.

This was our first trip to AMI, but it won't be our last. The location of this house is perfect - less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is no need for a golf cart to get to the beach, but we did rent one to get around the island. The pool is amazing, the house was super clean, rooms are good sizes, plenty of towels/washcloths, beach cart, kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable, and a game room for a rainy day. Suggestions - there should be curtains over the sliding back door and blinds over the window at the dinning table for privacy, and the bathrooms/interior doors are showing their age. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved it!

The house was great - location was super convenient to the beach and to the store. Great layout and great “beach” vibe - only minor complaint was a few things that weren’t working (grill went out after first day but was fixed quickly by the rental staff, tub jets weren’t working) - but overall definitely a fantastic spot at AMI - would love to come back!

Perfect Location

We stayed at La Coconut for the month of January and we were thrilled with the location to the beach, restaurants and Publix's was for us! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated! The private heated pool was wonderful! The only downside is the road is very close and the noise when you are at the pool is a little intense, but you get used to it.

The location was amazing!!!!!! 1 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the grocery store and CVS. 5 minute walk to the public beach and free trolly. Private setting and great overall accommodation!!!

Great home, great location!

This home in Holmes Beach was extremely comfortable, in a fantastic location and we really enjoyed the private pool. We had a great time and would definitely return to the same rental. Only complaint was we were left with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no paper towels, but the grocery store is literally around the corner. Highly recommend!

Our Labor Day Week Vacation

The house was everything we expected it to be. The owners had everything you could imagine there for our use. Bicycles, beach chairs, floats, fishing rods.......I do mean everything. The rental office was very attentive from the time we checked in until we left. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

2 blocks from beach on busy road bikes chairs etc all included

The house has been nicely updated everything you need for beach including bikes are in garage for use and grill and kitchen utilities were better than average the pool is smaller than anticipated as well the game room is not attached to the rest of upstairs living so our little kids couldn’t just go play without us being in there other than that quick walk to beach ( 36th ave access recommended )

Loved our stay

This was the perfect condo for our family. The pool area had new outdoor furniture and a big screen tv so we could watch our Iowa Hawkeyes play. The beach is just around the corner. Beds were very comfortable. The garage was full of beach and pool accessories. Would definitely stay here again. It is located on a very busy corner, but we had no problems with getting in and out of the driveway. My only suggestion would be the kitchen pantry could use some condiments like salt, pepper etc.

Fantastic Time!

The home was super nice, and the management company did an awesome job. The TVs were not working when we arrived but once I contacted them, they sent someone quickly to take care of them. We also had a minor problem with the sensor on the rear door and they repaired it within 24 hrs. Even though we spent most time at the beach I really enjoyed watching TV at the pool side seating area.
