Great place to stay!

Right in the beach….. lovely pool…. Close to the trolley stop and amenities….. would definitely rent again.

Great Location! Amazing view and super comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen. So much within walking distance! Have already recommended the property management team as well as the Condo!

Well equipped. A bit run down inside. Welcome book needs updating. Instructions for TV remote (there are 3) missing. Easy access to beach.

Love AMI

Everything was great with the exception of the linens that were provided. We only had two bath towels for three people – no wash cloths or hand towels. The condo was perfect for the three of us. My family moved to Holmes Beach in 1958 so I was very familiar with the area.

Wonderful location

Everything is good to amazing. The beds are actually good. The view of the gulf is wonderful. Everything is well appointed. Publix is a walk away. The beach is an even shorter walk. Totally onboard to stay again. The lack of a laundry in the rental is the only bit you need to think about. There is a coin laundry on location, so bring quarters.

Very convenient

Pro: location. Immediate beach access, beach view, one block from shopping center with Publix, Walgreens, bike rental, but completely residential atmosphere around the property. Pictures are accurate. Pleasant typical Florida beach decor. Even the water glasses have a shell pattern! Con: this is an end unit right next to a public beach access. All day, cars roll up, unload people and beach gear and try to find parking. It makes for entertaining people-watching from the balcony but may bother some people. The shower curtain was moldy but was replaced the day after we complained to management. Overall the condo is showing signs of wear and tear. Some people may find the beds too soft. Bottom line: I would happily stay here again.

Winter getaway

We visited in late January/early February. The apartment is just steps away from the beach with lovely views of the sea and gorgeous sunsets. The weather was a bit changeable so, on on the cooler days, we were glad of the extra blankets and heating (which we turned off at night as it was a bit noisy). On sunny days, it was lovely to sit by the pool, which was well maintained and situated out of the breeze. My husband enjoyed swimming when it was warm enough. There are board games and books, beach umbrellas/low chairs, toys etc for guests to use and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. You will need some quarters for the washing machine. There are shops in walking distance and the free trolley is great for exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay at #21.

Great Place and great location to everything !

We had a great stay at this property. It is centrally located and close to everything you need. We loved being close to the beach and being able to sit on the porch and see the sunsets.

We loved the location the beach the pool. The condo was so nice and comfy. We had everything we needed. It was nice being on the second floor so we could see the ocean all the time

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, excellent location!

Perfect condo for a couple. Lovely property with a nice view of the gulf. Close to a trolley stop. Super close to a shopping plaza. Literally 50 steps to the beach. Love it love it love it

Perfect location!

The condo was perfect for our family. You literally walk out the back door and down the steps and you are just a few steps to the beach! The pool was warm and quiet, which was a welcome change from the big high rise condos we typically rent. We had all the items we needed for cooking for the week, and there is a Publix just down the road for groceries when needed. Also appreciated that there was a Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts, and the trolley stop just a short walk away from the rental. Thank you for an incredibly relaxing week! It was just what we needed.

Great Location

Unit was clean, modern appliances and close to beach. The pool is superb. Unit is on 2nd floor and has no ground floor storage so you lug your beach chairs, canopies, etc. up to the 2nd floor or leave them on ground floor and hope no one borrows them.. No elevator . Plenty of towels but only 3 wash clothes. Has 2 bathrooms neither of which is an ensuite. One toilet had1/4 roll of toilet paper and the other a 1/2 roll. No spare rolls. Did come with 2 of the tiniest bars of soap I have ever seen.
