Great location on AMI. The unit was clean and has great views of the gulf of Mexico. Plenty of beach equipment to use and the covered parking space kept our car nice and cool. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay on AMI

This property was absolutely perfect - as advertised! Modern, clean, comfortable beds, with gorgeous sunset views directly on the beach. The property manager/agent, Fran Maxon Real Estate, was accessible, friendly, and professional. It is no surprise that this property is in such demand. Thank you!

Island Getaway

Gulf front is indeed 100% true, absolutely stunning and beautiful! Location and listing was as described! Did not encounter any major issues. Communication and check in very simple and straight forward! My only complaints are the fact that they don't supply you with enough towels, our group showered everyday, by the end of the first few days we were left scrambling for clean wasy cloth and towels. Considering that you provided your home and offer it as a business for people like us to rent, these minor details should be taken into account, especially at the higher price point. Also, maybe providing a nicer starter kit, laundry detergent, toilet paper, salt/pepper, etc, these small but very important details go such a long way for frequent vacationers like our group! Overall, beautiful property, wonderful place to relax and unwind!

Amazing!!

The unit was well equipped and perfect location on AMI. What the listing doesn’t say is that it has SO MUCH beach equipment!! Two umbrellas, at least six beach chairs (including two zero gravity loungers), plenty of boogie boards, noodles, tubes, lots of sand castle supplies and a sand wagon to tote it all. And having all the beach equipment in ground floor storage unit kept the living space free from sand. Perfect!!!

Great stay

Nice property. Some minor cleanliness issues including a stained comforter on our bed. Linen quality isn’t as good as some other places and there was no additional toilet paper of paper towels in the unit - first world problems for sure.

Wonderful condo

This condo was nicely furnished. There were lots of beach accessories, the most of any condo I’ve stayed in. The beach was awesome, not too crowded. Wonderful sunsets as well. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and convenient! Very clean. Shower grout needs updating and toilet paper holder was broken. Overall, it was extremely clean, otherwise! Loved it! Steps from the beach. Storage room has anything you may need for beach

Spacious home in a great location

Very nice unit. Spacious for our group of four adults. Right on the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Balcony is screened in, which some may like, but I would have preferred it to be open air for better view lines.

Beachfront condo

We were pleased to find our location as pictured. The condo has updated kitchen, plenty of cooking and eating supplies, comfy beds, fans everywhere, yeah, washer dryer, unbelievable sunsets and softest white sand! Only negative is heavy traffic due to construction work. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Beach stay

We had the most pleasant beach week at your condo and cannot wait to return! The condo must have been recent remodeled because everything seemed brand new. The kitchen anticipated all our needs. The beds were comfortable. Management was attentive and quickly corrected a tv issue. The icing on the cake was the wall of glass that allowed us front row seats to a perfect sunset each night. If you are looking for a bit of old Florida, this is your haven.

Perfect Beach Week

The condo is very nice right on the beach. Screened porch is very usable. Everything in the condo is clean and appliances are new. Best equipped kitchen we have experienced as a rental. Very pleased!

Beautiful Condo w/ a Gorgeous View

Absolutely beautiful condo with a breathtaking view. We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. It was well furnished and was spotlessly clean. It was a very short walk on to the beach and they even provided a wagon w/ beach chairs , umbrella ect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Lovely and clean, on the beach

We chose this property about a month in advance as we had to change plans due to Hurricane Ian. I was a little worried because this unit was still available. We were absolutely pleased 100% with this unit. Being directly on the beach was the most important amenity for us. This unit delivered that. It was spotless, the kitchen was beautiful, furnishings felt new, more space than we really needed. Don't pass this one by!

Quiet Beautiful Views

What an amazing property. The beach is very clean and not crowded. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon available to us were fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. Very quiet area even when spring break was in full gear. Fantastic stocked kitchen made dinners so easy.

Agree with other comments about the neighbor. Need to post the condo rules. We rented a golf cart, then found a NO golf carts rule. Great location and quiet. Could use an upgrade on the grill. Realtor was super helpful, 2 minor problems fixed very quickly. We would rent again.

great place and location

The property was clean and the pictures don't do the view justice. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. We had an issue with the electrical and the property management was quick to answer are call. All ended well. Great vacation.

Beautiful Unit with Amazing View

This condo is actually nicer and more specious than it looks at the pictures, they hardly reflect the WOW impression when you step into and see the ocean right in from of you . The unit is large, clean, beautifully decorated, the designer picked furniture is very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is specious and well equipped. Having our morning coffee at the balcony was a favorite part of our day. Overall it was a very enjoyable week, we recommend this place to all the Beach lovers. Hope to be back one beautiful day!

Perfect…we’ll be back for sure!

As soon as we walked into the condo, we knew we’d be renting this one again! It was beautifully decorated and so well kept. So many thoughtful extras were included, like tons of books, a few games, lots of beach chairs/umbrellas/toys (even a wagon!) and a well equipped kitchen. The extra den with a door is a bonus for anyone needing a quiet place alone. The view was incredible. The beach was gorgeous and very uncrowded. Our neighbors were very quiet so our balcony time was so pleasant. It’s a quick 10 min walk to some very good ice cream, bike rentals and a few restaurants. We couldn’t stop saying how nice this place is. I highly recommend this rental!
