So thankful we found this place. The entire condo has been fully renovated. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises right on the beach. Extremely short walk to both the beach and pool area. Sanibel has been a family favorite for decades and I'm so thankful they are recovering well. Having a family of four kids under 7 everything was a breeze! We watched dolphins everyday, weather was perfect, and swam until the kids couldn't anymore. Definitely recommend staying here.

Girls family trip

The property is perfect! Super clean and exactly as advertised! The location is superb. The communication with the rental company was too notch. We all had a fabulous time. Cannot wait to revisit. Highly recommend!

Million Dollar Views!

We had a lovely 2-week stay at this condo in early March. The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was nice to have a very large rug at the front door that collected sand from our shoes everytime we entered! Our time in the condo was spent on the lanai because the views were incredible - and of course the rental price reflects that amenity for sure. We enjoyed having no screens on the lanai since that gave us clear views. (We had no problems with mosquitoes or whatever while we were there) We enjoyed having the two slider chairs and ottomans and other chairs on the lanai. What could be better than a cup or coffee on the lanai while watching the morning skies over the gulf or a glass of wine while watching the sunset?!Suggestions: We would have appreciated a Kuerig-type coffee maker. Only a standard drip-type was included in the kitchen. The bi-fold shuttered doors on the first bedroom (the one with the two twin beds) were not very practical. The doors are not sound-proof in any way. The light over the dining room table might be pretty, but it is totally impractical. We played a lot of games in the evening, and the lighting is terrible over the table. The furniture is quite dated - it would be nice to have newer furnishings, especially for the price you pay for the condo.The sliding screen doors work but they are kind of rough to slide.Overall, we loved our stay here! We would definitely rent again!

Amazing!

The location of this property is great! The view from the balcony is amazing, great pool, and you're steps from the beach. The unit is very clean and easy to access. The only thing our kids were disappointed in was the fact that there are no TV's in the 2 bedrooms, just in the master. With the amount you pay, that was a little disappointing. But otherwise, this place is great and we would definitely book again!

You can’t get any closer to the beach!

The location of Gulf place unit 8 is amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful, I love the fact there is no long walkway to the beach. You are right there! You can watch the dolphins every morning! The inside is wonderful, very clean and decorated beautifully. I really did love the unit, but Warning, there are no elevators. So if you have issues walking up to flights of stairs it’s not fun. My grandsons ran up them every time! Lol There are no TVs in the two bedroom, just the master. There’s no bathroom at the pool so you’ll have to go upstairs if you need to use the restroom. But it’s a beautiful condo in a great location.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and would love to return. I would recommend either bringing your own beach items or renting as the condo did not have a lot to offer. We rented from fun and more and they will deliver right to condo.

Anna Maria Island Beach Condo

This property’s large balcony directly overlooks a beautiful beach. The kitchen and bathrooms have been redone and the kitchen is well-equipped. You have a perfect view of sunsets over the Gulf. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful Gulf-front location

Great waterfront condo with plenty of room for the family. Best features are the covered balcony overlooking the beach and the renovated well-stocked kitchen. Property manager was very friendly and an asset to know he was always on-site. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Hard to beat!

This property is easily one of the most beautiful places we have visited. The location is perfect and the condo’s layout worked so well for our family of 5. We had a minor issue when we initially got to the place and the staff resolved it immediately. The pool was warm and ideal after a long, wonderful day at the beach, and we enjoyed ending our days with views of the ocean from the porch. Absolutely perfect place - hard to beat!

Wonderful week

This is prime property. Walk down to the pool or the white sandy beach. AMI is absolutely beautiful and this condo was perfect for the week. We sat back and watched the sunset over the water every night. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

Fantastic location

Located directly on the beach. Nice pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy to cook in. A tv in all bedrooms would have been nice. The master and the dining area were the only tv’s. The deck was superb with plenty of seating. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This was a gorgeous property! Exactly what we wanted. Calm and great pool and beach access. Property managers were eager to help with everything and some one met us on site to give us a parking pass. Location is great. We were close to all kind of restaurants and shops! The only complaint we had was the air conditioning can not be set below 74 so it was pretty hot in the unit all week. Luckily there were some box fans and ceiling fans in 2/3 bedrooms or would have been extremely uncomfortable. The main living area still got pretty uncomfortable later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed the property!
