Good location

The unit itself was very nice. The only issue I had with the unit was that it wasn’t totally clean. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets and towels were thrown on the bed. Both bathrooms had towels on the floor and hanging on the hooks. This must have been a communication issue with the cleaning crew. However, I did receive a call from the manager and we worked on an agreement on the cleaning fee . Otherwise, the unit was very nice and fully equipped.

Awful Property Management

Our family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status. Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice place and good location.

We were 2 couples, each couple had one room and one bathroom. One couple had to sleep in single beds but okay for a week. The place is well maintained and clean. Short walk to the free trolley and to the Publix which has everything you need.. Kitchen has everything you need but no barbecue available. Short distance walk to the beach. A large cooler on wheels was available which we used to bring a lunch and drinks to the beach. We would of liked to have 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach with us but they had beach towels. Balconey is very nice. Air conditioner works well. A few staircases to get to appartement but no problem for us. Quiet building and neighborhood.

this was a fantastic property! Clean, modern, and up-to-date! Would have loved to have it located a little closer to the beach, but it was a short walk! we definitely rent this property again!

Great vacation!

Wonderful location . Very nice place . Condo pool excellent. Only negatives the 3rd floor steps are tough no elevator. None of the 3 tvs work right. That was frustrating . For the most part I would recommend it and we would stay their again.. The steps did give us all a much needed work out.

Beautiful VRBO Condo

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect… especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. Washer & dryer brand new! Very clean!!! Would highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation! Siesta Key rentals were extremely efficient… impressed! Great location!!!

All great but...

Need to change listing to say that there are 3 flights of steps with no elevator. For people with back problems or other issues, this is a problem that could be a problem. Should say there is no elevator. Also, sheets in master bedroom were dirty. New mattress is definitely needed. All great besides that.

Spacious and clean

Overall the condo was a great stay. It’s clean and spacious but I definitely think the listing should point out that there are 3 flights of stairs and NO elevator. Located kind of in the center of everything and being across from Publix was convenient

This condo was in a great location and had all the facilities BUT the bedding on the king bed was shockingly awful. The bed pad was stained and the sheets were rough and bobbled. We had to provide our own. This is so easily remedied and not expensive given the price of the property.

Paradise

We stayed October 9-16. The weather was sunny and hot. We went to Manatee Beach everyday. The beach was convenient and clean We had a great burger at Skinnies. The condo is located across the street from Publixs. We had wonderful subs and fried chicken from Publixs. We ate breakfast at Peaches. We had a fabulous Italian dinner at Pestos. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Get Away to AMI!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was great! Very close (walkable) to Publix, Walgreens and a few restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach (we love walking). The condo itself was updated nicely and had just about everything we needed. The ice maker was a bit slow so we just bought a bag of ice at the store. We did have issues with the wifi which we understand has been a problem for the owner. I am happy to say that they ultimately found the real problem and we didn't have any issues after that was fixed. A few highlights for us: beach walking, visiting several preserves (Robinsons, Perico, Neals, Leffis & Emersons). We cooked most of our meals at "home" and enjoyed the patio overlooking a preserve where we saw many fun birds flying by. We did eat out a few times (outdoor dining) and we were happy to see that everyone was masked up and tables separated from other guests. Our favorites include: Swordfish Grill in Cortez, Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Palmetto, Island Grill on Bridgestreet. As far as Covid goes, we felt perfectly safe. Lots of mask wearing, visible sanitizing at stores and restaurants,etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone!

Nice place with a few hiccups

We had no wifi for the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager and they scheduled for someone to come out. When the internet company came out it turns out the property management company simply doesn’t know the name of the wifi network and password. Made for a huge inconvenience when 2 of ours needed the internet to work. Pots/pans in the kitchen were far from clean. Location was great, wish the overall experience would have been better.
