Unit was exceptionally clean. We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. Never disappoints. Only concern is lack of trash receptacles. Need to bring dumpster back.

Perfekter Ort, wunderschöner Balkon. Wohnung grosszügig und wie auf Fotos. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Einige wenige kleine Dinge waren defekt oder müssten ausgetauscht werden. Haben wir gemeldet und sollte vor nächstem Wechsel erledigt werden, wie uns versichert wurde. Wir würden wiederkommen. Danke, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen durften, wir hatten eine wunderbare Familienzeit.

Location is Everything!

Best location on the beach! Condo itself was nice but could use just a little TLC. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Over all our stay was amazing and everyone is trying to figure out when we can go back!

The view is everything

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island. The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. Overall I would stay here again but just a little TLC could make this place spectacular.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We loved this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there were not enough towels. We had 6 bath towels for 6 people and 6 beach towels. We were constantly washing towels. But other than that everything was amazing.

Our first visit

Property was amazing, the views from balcony of daily sunsets were awesome. We have already rebooked for next year. Few things needed repair, and a little pricey. But that being said we had a awesome time.

Lovely quiet Oceanside Property

We loved the location, view, distance to the trolley, and the quiet beautiful beach. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place.

Beautiful setting

The property was just as promised. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. Lovely vacation - beautiful place for a retreat.

Balcony on the beach was the perfect place to watch the sunset

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had.

Last minute luck. . .

Well, we got lucky. They had a cancellation and we had time. What a treat to see AMI and Holmes beach for the first time. Sometimes pictures oversell the location and in this case it did not. Condo is second floor on the beach. I forgot sandals. . it did not matter... barefoot all week. Mattress is always a key for me. All were fabulous as were the linens. Pool is very nice. Ocean is cold. It's February. :)
