    Costa Lotta is "home away from home”.  All the amenities you will need in this 2,100 sq.ft. home. Costa Lotta is the perfect vacation spot for relaxation on Anna Maria Island! Just 200 steps and you are on a gorgeous, white sandy beach looking at the spectacular Gulf of Mexico!  Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as access to Anna Maria Island's free trolley.



    Nestled in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, this 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home offers everything you will need and features a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, wine cooler, breakfast bar and granite countertops. Step out on the balcony to sit & relax, grill on the gas BBQ while enjoying the glimpse of the Gulf. But wait, that's not all this home has to offer! It has a heated pool & spa, game room with tiki-bar, and not to mention the free trolley service Anna Maria Island offers. So, park your car; you won't have to use it for your entire stay!  Costa Lotta is your home away from home beach rental for your vacation needs that you will remember forever!



    With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following: 



    Per Guest: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth, 1 Pool/Beach Towel

    Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat

    Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels



    We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.



    Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We loved our stay at Costa Lotta!

We loved our stay at Costa Lotta. The location was perfect for our family, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The house is well-equipped for families and had most of the items we needed for our stay.

Wonderful stay at Costa Lotta

Just had a wonderful week at Costa Lotta with my family. The house had everything needed and the amenities were very helpful. The beautiful beach was right down the street which we easily walked to every day. The pool and hot tub were great too! The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants, groceries and shops.

This home is not only beautiful and fully stocked with all you might need, it's a home! The owners have done a supberb job of giving us guest a wonderful retreat. We loved it so much we rebooked!

Beautiful home !

Just spent 5 nights at this beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable , easy access to the beach, golf cart was an added plus , owners very nice to deal with . Thankyou for sharing your home wih us !

Excellent Vacation Home

This was our first time visiting AMI and we will be back. Costa Lotta was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and felt so homey.

Great vacation home

The home was beautiful, had everything we could ask for and need for a week stay. The pictures dont do it justice. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach and walkable to the grocery store. We hope to be back!!

Extremely close to the beach!

The house is exactly like the pictures show. Soo close to the beach!! We absolutely loved how close it was! Went for walks in the morning, and evening. With 2 kiddos there, going to the beach was no problem

amazing house for a relaxing vacation!

We loved this house! The owners were easy to work with and responsive. The home itself is amazing - all the details are taken care of so you can just relax. The labels and instructions were very helpful. Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and tons of stuff to do both on-site and off.

Fun in the Sun

This is our 2nd time to stay in this beautiful home! It is equipped with everything you would need!! A few steps to the beach, shopping, great grocery stores and lots of options for eating out. The house is big enough to provide privacy for all. The pool and hot tub are perfect, outdoor umbrellas and tables etc......we will be back :)

Wonderful!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed! It had everything you need and the location was so close to the beach. We walked down to the beach every night to see the sunset, Beautiful! The house was so clean. Owners were great to work with. They were very attentive, got back to us within minutes when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again! It was awesome!

Great House, Great Location

This house has it all! Master bed was so comfy, master shower was the best! Easy walk to the beach. Was nice to spend late afternoons back at the pool. Location was excellent! Had a few small issues, property manager very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again! Loved AMI!

The pictures do not do this house justice. So modern, updated and comfortable on every respect.

Most beautiful property we have ever rented. Was way beyond our expectations. The owners we so helpful anytime we had any questions. The location and ease of getting around was fantastic. The. Condo had everything and more. The bedrooms were super comfy, kitchen was so modern and up to date and the amenities they provide were perfect. We had a girl trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays and already want to book next year.

Amazing Stay!

Our family had an amazing vacation during our stay at Costa Lotta. This was, by far, our favorite vacation home that we have ever stayed in. The entrance to Holmes Beach is just steps from the home, which was very convenient. You can see the beach from the upstairs balcony, which also has a grill, where we cooked many meals. There is an elevator, for easy access to the different levels of the home. Our kids enjoyed the game room and played pool every night. The private pool was also a plus, that our family enjoyed. The location of the home is spectacular and close to everything. There is a grocery store within walking distance and many shops that are close by. Overall, this house was very lovely and beautiful. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful house

This home is fantastic. Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week here. Photos don’t do the house justice. Modern up to date appliances and interior decorating. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and just a few short steps to the beach. Of course the pool and spa were the highlights of our grandchildren! Highly recommend this home, not only for the home, but the owners were wonderful fo work with. Will definitely book again if/when we return to AMI!

Great summer getaway

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is beatuiful inside and out. Very spacious and up to date. The kids lived the game room, we all loved the pool. Being only steps from the beach was awesome. The owners were exceptional with communication. Any request we had was answered and acted on very quickly. We loved Anna Maria Island and look forward to booking Costa Lotta again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! The location was perfect - close to the beach and close to the stores with no traffic stress. The house was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Everyone had a great time. My 3 year old granddaughter had such a great time that when it was time for her to leave, she started crying and said she did not want to leave "the bestest house ever." There was plenty of room for all of the family to be together and space for someone to chill by themselves. The pool is the perfect depth and the hot tub was so relaxing. We are definitely hoping to spend more vacations here. Everyone had a great time!

Great Location!!

Great location we loved the beach and all of the amenities that were offered to make going to the beach amazing! The house was perfect for 3 couples as we each had our own areas. The kitchen and patio off of the kitchen was well used! The pool and bar area were GREAT!! Just loved it all!! Huge suggestion moving forward…. Carpets HAVE to go! Walking in you can smell the musty beach smell and the house could totally use a great LVP throughout!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Excellent property, very close to beach. Lovely pool and spa. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Two teens and 10 yo enjoyed having upper floor to themselves. Husband and I enjoyed quiet, private master suite. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Even though it rained most evenings, we were able to still have fun during the storms with the game room and watching movies on large tv in living room. Holmes Beach is a lovely town and the beach is AMAZING! Will definitely return!
