Our family of 7, consisting of 5 adults, 2 children had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, spacious house. Upon arriving, we were pleased with the cleanliness of all bedrooms, bathrooms, dining/living areas and kitchen. The swimming pool was filled with sparkling, clean water. Clean bedding and extra towels were provided, including beach towels. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly in all rooms and backyard patios around pool. A short, 2 block walk to the beach was convenient with adjacent parking spaces. A short car ride to stores and restaurants made shopping and diningeasy and convenient. Holmes Beach is a wonderful vacation destination and this house met all our needs and expectations.

AMI Over the 4th of July

Owners were super accommodating for any small issues we had when freezer wouldn't freeze popsicles etc. Pictures of pool/beach items were different from listing and some were unusable. Overall had a great stay and location to beach and the beach cart provided made everything easy!

Spring Break with the Boys

I booked spring break here with my son and three of his best friends! I was looking forward to a spring break with these junior boys, and it did not disappoint! I personally stayed in the main level and the boys were all upstairs. It was a perfect house for our group. The teenagers had just enough of their own space to get alone time, but also it was easy to hang out together and play cards sit at the pool grill out and make big breakfast for all of the boys some nights. I would have six of the boys over and three adult friends, and there was more than enough room in the house for all of us.. The house was very well taken care of. I interacted with Anna the owner multiple times for different reasons and she was attentive and kind. I met her and her husband and they were amazing.!! Everything in the house is very well taken care of and clean. I ordered Instacart from Publix the first day and then again on the second and third day and everything came fast. This part of the island is further from downtown where I like to stay so we used our golf cart every day.! The house is a short walk to the beach and the view is stunning!!!I recommend everything about this house from the pool to the hot tub, the shaded area for the boys who sunburned easily the outdoor grilling area where we could watch the national championship games and the two large common tables for us to play poker and eat together.overall 10 out of 10 perfect house-perfect hosts and the perfect vacation! Perfect Way to Get Away

Emeralds Seas was perfect for our extended family. Anna did an amazing job making repairs and getting the property ready after the hurricanes. She was forward and honest with all communication prior to our trip and she was available for questions and help during our stay. Our favorite spot was the salt water pool - - perfect shallow landing for the 3yo and 1yo, with attached hot tub for the adults (of course, not when the children were in the pool). . . easy access to the beach with supplied beach cart to move chairs and umbrellas and toy. Having bedrooms with separate bathrooms was a plus. Well stocked kitchen and house.I highly recommend Emerald Seas

Holiday Get Away

As adversised. Nice home! Quality pool and spa with bar area - gas grill was very clean. Less than 5 min walk (straight shot) to the beach. VRBO staff and property manager all responded quickly to any questions. Kitchen was well equipped No issues at all.

Great Getaway

Our family always goes to Anna Maria Island for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time at Emerald Seas. The house is beautiful and was big enough for all of us (there were 12 of us). It had everything we needed and we loved hanging out downstairs at the bar area and the pool. the pool and spa.

Amazing July 4th Week

This house was just as listed. Large open kitchen, large bedrooms, well stocked all around. Excellent size and spacious for our 2 families (total of 10 people). The pool was excellent and it being shaded was key after some full sun hours on the beach each day. Owner was excellent to communicate with throughout the whole process. Very responsive and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect with the beach access at the end of the street. First trip to AMI and we will definitely come again for sure!

Beautiful beach home!

We were a family of 11 and totally enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels, soaps and other household item. The pool and outside area is magnificent. The kitchen is well equipped. The host responded to our questions quickly. We gave it a 5 out of 5 stars for everything except location only because our personal Preference is to be a little closer to the beach.

Everything You Need

Emerald Seas is a gorgeous luxury accommodation and is well- stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. So many small details- like extra hooks in every bathroom; 2 ice makers in the fridge; plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, kitchen towels, pots and pans, etc for a large group; and beach and pool equipment. There were also many baby items that we noticed, even though we did not need to use them. Our family had a fabulous stay here!

Awesome Beach House

Our stay at AMI was amazing and this house worked perfectly for our group. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The location is great and easy walk to the beach. Anna was a great host to work with and always quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation!

We had a lovely family vacation. Would have liked a little warmer weather but the pool was heated so the kids didn’t care. We rented a wagon to pull the toddlers to the beach. If you have little ones, would recommend renting a wagon to take them and the beach toys to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved building sand castles. The location and the house were just amazing! Anna Maria Island is lovely! Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Had a great time and would come back.

BEST FAMILY BEACH VACATION!!!

Everything about this property was an amazing fit for our family. The house, the location to the beach and the amenities that were included were more than we could ask for. We had eight adults and three children in our group and everyone had their own space. The house was laid out great, well equipped and very clean. We cooked, grilled, had pool time daily and had everything we needed for the beach right there at the house. AMI is the perfect place for families and we would absolutely stay in this house again. Good mattresses too. Not disappointed with anything and the pictures were an accurate representation of what you get. Worth every penny for the lifetime of memories that were made here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Beautiful home and location

House was so spacious and stocked with everything needed.. kitchen stuff, towels, blankets, and beach stuff! Very clean and was perfect for a large group. Pool was really nice. Only complaint would be lack of sun by the pool, but it’s perfect for kids and when you want a lot of sun just head to the beach!!! Hoping to head back and would totally rebook same home if available.

Loved it.

This is a great property. We had several families and there was enough space for everyone. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Close walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart so it was easy to get around. We Loved the pool area with the bar, large table and lounge chairs. The garage area also has a ping pong table and a foosball table which was enjoyed by the kids. Would definitely stay at this house/resort again.

Loved it!

Great house with enough space for three families. Loved the location and the property manager was very responsive. Lots of chairs, bikes and beach toys. We would definitely come back!
