Close to others

We were in a shared bungalow which I knew meant attached properties. However, you’re right with houses behind you. The two behind can see directly into your pool from the second story and vice versa. This wasn’t described, so it was very noisy and not very private. Also, you are attached so you can see the bungalow next to you easily . Their whole back area is nicer. Several small tables, padded lounge chairs and bar area. We had no tables by the pool and three old plastic lounge chairs. I used the text about the master toilet and it took two days for a reply. The call came after someone tried to get in while we were gone. We had zero notice. So I asked for notice upon returning. I got a call two days later, when someone was five minutes away. It was after five and we were at dinner. I did tell them it was working intermittently and the caller got frustrated and said he had to catch the repair guy. I said this isn’t my fault I requested notice; twice and never got it. I also contacted the rental company about kitchen equipment so I could bring what they didn’t have, as well as beach equipment before renting it. They told me kitchen things they had and didn’t have. It wasn’t accurate at all. I had things not needed and didn’t have things I did. Same for beach equipment. I rented chairs, umbrellas; brought extra towels. I was told that none of those were there; in fact they were. So the company needs to verify what is actually there before telling others. Wouldn’t rent again.

Birthday trip

Our stay at this beautiful home was more than we could ever expect! We celebrated my 30th birthday with a few close family members and it was absolutely perfect. The house has everything you need for the week if that means you’re hanging out by the pool or making it over it to the beach. There are shops and restaurants walking distance and the rest of the island can be seen with a golf cart. The check in/out process was extremely smooth. Thank you for letting myself and family stay at this beautiful home. We hope to return soon!

Very high quality and beautifully designed house. Pool was a huge hit for the kids and teens. Loved all the high end features; granite counters, tile throughout, seamless glass showers.

Bigger than Bungalow

We were pleasantly surprised with the size and privacy of this house. It had a upper level with two large closets( large enough to keep a baby bed) and a large bathroom. It was nice to have this private space. The other two rooms also had private bathrooms. We loved that the pool and covered tv area were so close to each other. We have had homes that had covered areas but never this large and close to each other. The ping pong table was perfect for our competitive and active family. The beach was a short walk but we did not mind. We enjoyed our short walks to near by restaurants as well. The home was clean, well stocked, and very up to date with tvs and style. We have been renting homes in AMI for over 5 years and this home was perfect for our active family with older children. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Great house very spacious

We stayed at this property in April. The house was very spacious. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We lived the outdoor space. Not too far from the beach. We rented a golf cart but there was a beach waging there to make carrying beach supplies easier. Would stay here again!!

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved this house! Great location to beach, Holmes beach and Anna Maria. The house was super clean, well stocked with essentials and you cannot beat the outdoor space. Perfect patio and great pool (small but still very nice for my 3 year old and a couple of adults!). We are already planning our next trip to AMI and plan to stay here again. Absolutely loved it! This house was perfect for our family with 2 young kids with grandparents.

Wonderful home, and a bargain to boot

A lovely vacation rental. Impeccably clean (other than the one flight of carpeted stairs and the sofa showing their wear, but that's probably to be expected in a dog-friendly place). The large covered area near the pool is as fabulous as it looks in the pics. The master suite is huge and takes up the whole third floor. Enjoy!

Great stay in Holmes Beach

The home was exactly as described - spacious, well appointed and clean. You are a short drive from Anna Maria shopping area, as well as the Bradenton Beach shopping area. A quick walk to the beach, which is clean and busy but never packed - we had no trouble finding a spot to claim. The house also had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a wagon, and buckets. And the managment company was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible Beach Home

We had such an amazing time at the daybreak bungalow. The house is gorgeous. Spacious, clean and everything we wanted. Outdoor living area and pool are a huge plus. Walk to beach nice and easy. Plenty of kitchen supplies and beach gear. And thank you AMI for making check in and check out seamless. Loved our stay!

Great getaway

The house is lovely with plenty of room. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach although we spent a lot of time lounging in the pool :) We enjoyed the convenience of having a ground level refrigerator/freezer and pool bathroom. I would definitely recommend this for a short or long term stay. Note, VRBO has the house listed as having four bedrooms although the heading accurately states three bedrooms. It is a three bedroom house with three full baths and two half baths.

Great House and location to beach. Lawn Could use a mowing and need new paddles for ping pong table as well as outdoor furniture cushions were heavily stained.
