This property was perfect for our stay in AMI! It was beautifully furnished and decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable week at the beach. Great communication/really great host, excellent location, like-new condition with every possible amenity covered. AMI is beautiful and the view from this unit is second to none. Sunsets over the water every evening, if you opt to stay in. Parking is a breeze with two single car garages and beach equipment is provided stored neatly on the ground floor in storage unit.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!Our stay at this condo on Anna Maria Island was nothing short of amazing. Cheryl was a fantastic host—helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful in person—clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated.There was plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably, and the condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. This was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed on Anna Maria Island, and we can’t wait to come back!

Incredible view and ideal location

Perfect size for 2 or a small family. Fantastic access to both the pool and the beach. The owner communicated exceptionally well. Shops, restaurants, everything you need are just a short walk away. The place is relaxing and recently renovated. Truly no downsides—everything was a positive. Cheryl is an amazing. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!Our family has fond memories of the island—we used to have a home here but sadly sold it a decade ago and haven’t returned until now. Thanks, Cheryl for sharing being the best host for my family and me.

Wonderfully easy & relaxing

I made this trip alone for a few days of R&R. This condo unit & location were ideal but would also be perfect for a couple, small family, or group of up to 6. Built in the 1970s, the unit has been updated, and is beautifully, serenely, and modernly decorated with a fantastic ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire unit is comfortable and inviting. Everything you comfort and play at the beach or the pool located in the private storage closet next to the pool & beach entrances (no lugging stuff around!) Less than a minute from the front door to the beach or pool. The beach is beautiful with tons of great shells! I saw dolphins, snails, crabs, fish, and a stingray. Mid-September, I almost felt I had the beach to myself most days. The condo and surrounding area are safe and secure. There is enclosed garage space for one vehicle & guest parking permit for additional. Key or code entry for all doors and garage. There's shopping, dining, and groceries within walking/biking distance. There's a trolley to help get you around the island. The hosts messaged to check in every couple of days and were quick to respond to my questions. They live nearby which was nice to know in the event anything came up. I have everything I needed and experience no issues. I had the best stay and already looking into returning!

10 Days in Paradise

Our first vacation on AMI—we’ll definitely return to Holmes Beach. The condo is in a perfect location for everything you want to do—beach time, dining out, shopping and spending time on the water. The owners have done a superb job of decorating and equipping the living space and the view is breathtaking. The sunsets were stunning. Thank you Cheryl for being the best host.

Amazing Views and Property

Amazing, you are sitting right on the beach with views of the gulf and sunsets. Place is a beautiful condo unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spotless clean with great furnishings. It has large bay windows that look into the gulf. The kitchen has a full set of appliances and utensils. The unit has a dining, a television area with large comfortable sofa for relaxing. Besides sitting on the beach it is centrally located in AMI. You are within walking distance of the shops mid island with variety of excellent restaurants. Additional, you are a short car, golf cart, or bike ride to the north and south side of the island to reach additional restaurants and experiences. The condo has a large heated pool that is heated with large pool deck and access to gas grills. This is an amazing place to relax and unwind for the hustle and bustle of the work life. The host replied to messages and was very helpful with suggests for eating, relaxing, and experiencing the island. We rented a golf cart and bikes for our vacation which made it easier to access the whole island. If the opportunity presents itself we will be back to AMi and this property. Thank you for the opportunity and experience on AMI. This property will not disappoint for you and your family.

Fabulous View!!

The view of the Gulf is amazing! All new appliances, couch and furnishings. The condo was clean and functional. Quick access to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great week!!
