The most beautiful view, directly on the beach! Amazing master suite with porch and another porch off the main living area with the same gorgeous view. It was so nice being able to just grab a beach chair, walk just a few feet and plop down on the beach with the gorgeous ocean smack dab in front of us. The house was well equipped for us all; 6 adults from ages 25-80 years old. The location was perfect; right in the middle of the north and south end of the island so it was an easy/quick drive for fun coffee outings (North Shore Cafe) or a delicious dinner down at the Beach House, directly on the beach. But we hardly needed or wanted to leave the house and beach; from coffee during the sunrises and cocktails for sunsets, and the magical sound of the waves, we never wanted to leave. We will definitely be back! And David was incredibly helpful if we had any questions and was super kind in all communication.

I can’t say enough about this house, what you see in the pictures is what you get. The house is beautiful inside and out and right on the beautiful beach the owner David answered any questions we had very a ton of owner, we will be coming back for our fifth year

Dreamy Beachfront Vacation

We recently stayed for spring break with our two boys, 8 & 11, and the place was perfectly for our whole family. The house is beautiful, and the layout worked well, with the boys each having their own room on the main living room level. The primary suite on the top floor had incredible views and we enjoyed the sound of crashing waves lulling us to sleep every night. It is also the perfect place for watching sunsets at night. The house had a number of beach chairs (6?) and an umbrella in good working order to use out on the beach right in front of the house. The house is also stocked with lots of sand toys, a couple of balls, and a boogie board in the garage tote, but no coolers, not really essential anyway since the house is right on the beach. There were also plenty of books and games/cards at the house. The kitchen was well stocked w pots/pans/keurig/coffee pot. Note: I might bring an insulated wine cup if I came again since they only had glass. The house is located right in holmes beach south of manatee beach, which made it easily accessible from the mainland / airport / etc and also very close to Publix and a strip mall w a Walgreens, dunkin and a few cute restaurants. (We had breakfast at the toasted mango cafe and recommend for breakfast.) We walked down to the public beach a few afternoons and the kids got ice cream, and often there was live music later afternoons. We loved this place and hope to come back again soon! Next time I’m renting a golf cart!

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful place in a great location on the island. Steps to the beach which was never over crowded. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable and had plenty of space for 5 of us. David was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and can’t wait to visit again!

This property is magnificent. Steps from the beach. We woke up and had coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Location was perfect for restaurants, grocery stores. Fully stocked kitchen, new grill, and the best was the magnificent sun sets every night. We even got to see dolphins playing. Clean, spacious

Four generation family vacations

The location of this property is perfect for beach access ( literally on the beach) for our family including 2 1/2 year old great granddaughter.Property fully stocked with everything needed . Beautiful home and location

Clean and gorgeous house. So close to everything- no rental car needed! Just some quirky things we didnt like that probably dont matter. Ceiling fans dont stay on without the light on, no high chair, kitchen sink didnt turn off nicely. Truly a beautiful home and spot! Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with!

Beautiful Beach House

Wonderful stay in great house with a great view of the ocean that was just steps away. Well furnished including everything you need for the beach! Only with the back windows were clean for a more enjoyable view, but I’m sure that is always difficult at the beach.

Family beach vacation

Location…location…location!!! House is clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there. The views were fantastic from all floors and windows! The ease of the checking in and out process is always appreciated on a rental. Owner is beyond helpful and always available to answer questions. A little bit of heaven on earth

Seeing God’s glory displayed from two different balconies without even leaving the house was great! Although we did walk those FEW steps down to the water also. Hearing the water lap the shore at bedtime and walking the beach by the light of the full moon was awesome.

First visit to AMI

We were looking for a break from winter and we were not disappointed! During our stay, we needed the furnace for heat and the A/C for cooling as the temperature fluctuated. Best nights were when we could keep the house open with sounds of the waves to lull us to sleep. Great beach walking from this house.

Family reunion for the holidays

We met up at this beautiful home for the 2023 holidays. The porch and furepit were excellent places to hangout while babies were napping. You could not be handier to the beach nor have more perfect sunset viewing. Sand castles and sunning were easy to enjoy with all the toys and the excellent perfect soft AMI sand. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed for visiting with others in the large living room. We were ready to rebook for the next season, but the home was already booked! No surprise!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous beach house directly on Holmes Beach. The house has everything you need and more, with all the comforts of home but in such a beautiful setting. The neighborhood was great with stores very close by, along with excellent restaurants within a short drive. The host, Dave, was super nice to deal with and easily accessible. Thank you again Dave, we had such a great time and hope to vacation with you again soon!

Perfect holiday

This is our second stay here and was even better than the first time. Such a beautiful house and the location is ideal for walking to the shops or to the local restaurants especially the beach cafe for pancakes or sunset Pina Coladas. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need.
