Perfect stay

The house was perfect. Everything you see in the pics is how it is. Perfect location. Was able to walk to the beach across the street. Rented a golf cart for the week and it was just a short drive to bean point or manatee beach. House is right in the middle of the island so equal distance to both ends. Ice cream shop located under a mile a grocery store within a mile maybe a little more. Owner communicated very well everytime. I brought stuff that I’m used to bringing for other rental houses that was provided. Plenty of beach stuff in the shed. Heated pool for late night swims. House is on the main road but I only really heard it when in the pool but never really bothered us considering there was a privacy fence. I would definitely stay again. There was some cardboard boxes in the yard next to the driveway but guessing it was just left from the previous renters and was never picked up by the cleaners. The latch sticks on the gate to get in which new was annoying but got the hang of it towards the end pool cleaners came by twice and cleaned the pool which was just scooping stuff that was in the pool out which was good enough for me

Love this property

This was our second stay. It is everything we could hope for- clean, convenient, comfortable and beautiful. The perfect place for best friends to recharge their bodies, minds and souls. Love it!!

Amazing week!

We loved our stay at Carrie’s house. The house was well supplied and the pool area is amazing. Different seating options around the pool were really nice. About a 7 minute walk to the beach but we actually spent most of our time at the pool. Carrie was super responsive to questions. We definitely did not want to leave.

Lovely

Pleasantly surprised with the nice back patio off the bedroom with king bed and doggy door access and fenced in area for fur baby if needed. Also outside shower was a nice plus. Nice updated shower in master bdrm w/ queen size bed. Full laundry room with an extra refrigerator if needed. 3rd bedroom had bunk beds and could easily fit 5. Overall I would say update needed for the stove and the main bathroom is a bit dated. We enjoyed our visit to this pool home. Property Manager is awesome. We would love to return and will recommend.

AMI Family Beach Week

We were new to AMI and were very happy with the area and our lodging. This house is in a great walking location to the beach and some shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and easy to access. We really enjoyed the pool and outside space. The house was also well stocked with beach towels and toys (look in the shed). We were also lucky enough to be there for the holiday Jeep parade, which went right by the house. It was also great to have laundry facilities on site and there is an extra fridge/freezer in the laundry room. We did not need it on this trip, but it would be awesome if staying a longer time. The sliding doors to the pool do need repair and are not useable. Overall, it was a lovely property and we would recommend!

Just bring your clothes and toiletries 😊

House was very clean and smelt amazing upon entry! It’s fully stocked and tastefully decorated! Beds were comfy and there is PLENTY of space! Love the privacy of the pool and no pool curfew! Kids and us had an absolute amazing time! Will def rent again! ♥️ Better than the pics! Carefully pay attention to the sliding glass doors those def need replaced but aside from that absolutely love it here!!

Great home for a family vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. Our grandsons totally enjoyed the swimming pool, this property was close enough to walk to the beach beach and many eating places. I would recommend this property to families.

Great break from a long winter

This house was great. It is well stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for 5 people and the pool was perfect for my son to swim in before and after the beach. The outdoor shower is a great addition. The pool shed had a beach cart that made transporting items to the beach (very doable walk, we did it every day) very easy. The fish market and ice cream shop are a short walk away, as well as a handful of shops for some quick gifts. If you wanted to rent bikes or beach items, there is a shop that is just a few minutes walk away to rent items from.

Perfect beach get a way

This property exceeded our expectations. So clean, beachy vibe. The pool and patio space is where we spent most of our time. The home was spacious. There is nothing they haven't thought of. Just show up with your bathing suit and your ready to relax and soak up some sun and make memories. We will be back next year.

Comfortable and fun

Beautiful, good sized pool made for a great stay. Clean home, well stocked for a short vacation. Lovely beach within a short few blocks walk. BBQ grill worked well and added to our enjoyment. Many restaurants within walking distance. (The shrimp tacos at the Ugly Grouper were spectacular!) Check in/out easy and owner very friendly and responsive. We will definitely look for availability at this property for our next stay.

The property was nice and clean. The property manager got back to us quickly. My only suggestion would be to clean out the fridge and cabinets of food. The pool was real nice and just a short walk to the beach. Thank you!

Labor Day Gateway

Second time renting property. Perfectly clean and equipped house. It is walking distance from beach. The beach is the best; warm and clear water. Spent the day at the beach and then chilled in the pool. I will try to rent again.

Lovely Family Vacation Home

This is a lovely family home. We enjoyed that awesome pool everyday! We also went to the beach with the provided beach wagon. The grill was indispensable for dinner. Kudos to Carrie for her communications. She went out of her way to make our stay safe and wonderful. I highly recommend this vacation home and Carrie's kindness!

Fantastic House for a Family Vacation!

We were very happy with this house for our one week stay on Anna Maria Island. It is beautifully decorated and very functional! The location is wonderful with it being only a few minutes' walk from the beach and several very neat shops as well as close proximity to the trolly stops. The home came with everything you could need for a vacation: linens, towels, kitchen with everything for cooking, and more. We also loved having a private pool with plenty of deck furniture for everyone to have their space for relaxing! The owner was exceptionally helpful when needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous!

We just got home from the best vacation! This house was more than we even expected! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and 3 small dogs. The pool was an instant hit for everyone, but non stop entertainment for the 4 teenagers. The house was spotless. Not a speck of dirt anywhere and I never saw a single bug, which is unusual for Florida! Carrie had everything in the house that we needed.... plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper and many other things you don’t typically find in a rental. The beach was a short walk or bike ride (we rented bikes for everyone). The trolley was easy to manipulate and allowed us all to go our separate ways when we needed to. There are also places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. I just can’t say enough good things about it! Carrie responded quickly when I had a little run in with a plan tree and needed a place to get my light repaired and I saw her once out front, other than that, it’s like you are on the property by yourselves. We have never been back to the same place twice on our family vacation, but I think we came to the consensus that we can’t top this. We will be returning! Thank you, Carrie, for everything!
