Besides being at a great house, it was a couple block walk to Walgreens, a strip mall with several REALLY GOOD restaurants, and shoppingWe BBQ’d at the house a couple times and it was nice having eating table right there to eat, and swimThe only bad thing is VRBO’s ridiculous late check in (4pm) and early checkout (10am). The cleaners were waiting out front at 9:40am for us to leave

I felt at home the minute I walked thru the door. The place I had originally booked canceled on me 3 days before arrival. I was sure I would never find everything I was looking for. Well I found more than I was looking for. I needed time away to rest and find some closure after losing my husband. I cannot express what staying here did for my soul. This was a once in a lifetime for me but I’m thinking I’m going to try my hardest to make it every year. I want the owners to know this home will always hold a special place in my heart.

My wife walking disabilities were minimized due to the close location of the property to the beach. The family (children and grandchildren) loved the house amenities. For example, the balconies overlooking the beach also provided a spectacular sunset view. The elevator greatly assisted with the luggage and minimizing the physical effort for my wife to travel between floors. The swimming pool was perfect for both the children and grandchildren. My wife enjoyed the pool benefits due to the easy access to the pool. The kitchen appliances performed perfectly. The BBQ grill and nearby cooler was embraced by the adults. I personally, was up at 5am each morning to enjoy the moonlight view of the beach and harmony of the surf below the starlight. An absolutely perfect vacation property and property location.

We’ve stayed in VRBO homes on Anna Maria Island 3 different times now, and this home was the best yet! From the home itself that had everything we could ever need, to the pool, to the location so close to the ocean, to the closeness of some excellent restaurants and shops, it truly was absolutely perfect. Thank you Bill and Sara for sharing your amazing home with our family of 6. We will definitely be back!

This home is so perfectly located it is hard to describe. The beach is literally steps from the house. The patio allowed for all our outdoor dining with the sound of the ocean as we ate. The pool was a nice addition.

Great house right on the beach! House is in great condition, adequate supplies , beautiful sunset views and lush pool area. Nice floor plan, master suite overlooking gulf. Beach can get busy as there are a couple public beach access areas nearby. Not an issue though, when sun gets too hot, head back to the house and take a swim in backyard pool with bbq grill, outdoor tv. Very nice, I’d go again!

This place is amazing - the pictures don’t do it justice. You can sit on the deck every night watching the sun go down over the crystal blue ocean while osprey swoop down to catch their dinner, dolphins swim by - in the morning grab a beach chair and walk directly onto the beach from the front door - it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

The home was better than the pictures. The location was perfect, literally steps from the beach and still close to restaurants and shops. We loved watching the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean from the kitchen. The owners thought of everything, from beach chairs to umbrellas. The beach was private and not crowded. The pool area was wonderful. We grilled and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and privacy. It was truly one of our best family vacations. There was something for everyone in our group including our 73 year old mom, 13 and 8 year old daughters. Just perfect. We will be back.

Love this property! This is the second time we have stayed here. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Walk out the door and you're at the beach! Plenty of beach chairs for everyone to use. The house is on quiet street and the section of beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool is a perfect spot to end the day while grilling or enjoying a dip in the pool. We had a fabulous family vacation and look forward to returning.

If you are looking for a gorgeous home on the golf shore - do not hesitate this is it! The home exceeded all of our expectations. It was perfectly situated on the beaches. You can walk out the door onto the beach or view the beach and sunset from the multiple home levels, including the roof top peak. Home had a private heated pool. Contained lots of beach/pool toys, beach chairs, games, puzzles, books, playstation, and other fun things. Home even had its own elevator to access its three floors. Easy walking access to the grocery store (0.25 miles) and markets and nearby restaurants. The rental agency was very friendly and easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had. We most definitely would rent this home again and hope to next year!

Beautiful home! Well maintained and well stocked kitchen; beds were comfortable with quality linens. The extra king bed and living space in the bottom floor made it even more perfect for our growing family than we had even expected by the VRBO description. The private pool was a great afternoon escape from the heat of the beach, making it perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. The property is definitely aptly named - Absolutely Perfect! We will surely be back!!

We had a great time. This house has a fantastic location in a really cute neighborhood on a wonderful beach. As stated in the property description, everything possible is available that made our stay absolutely perfect. Home is well cared for and clean! Kitchen, bedding, bathrooms - all are well equipped. The grandkids really enjoyed the selection of beach toys, too!

This property enabled 9 of us to occupy 5 rooms for the week and not be in each other's way. (1 room is technically not a bedroom, because it incorporates the way to the pool area, but the bed and amenities were quite spaceous and nice) The elevator was handy for one of our physically challenged members, The outdoor covered kitchen/grill and counter area by the pool was great for entertaining and preparing some of the meals. The garage alternatively served to take a car out of the 3 car driveway when needed and also secured some rented kayaks for a few days. The zone air conditioning was very helpful. Location on the island made it extremely easy to get to the Publix/CVS/Walgreens Plaza as well as hopping on Gulf Drive and the Manatee Causeway. We had a couple of small issues with electrical/mechanical things and Island Vacation Properties was on the scene by the following day. Note that two of the bedrooms are smaller and there is no bathroom on the ground floor, but we adjusted relatively well. The closeness of the beach enabled a sea turtle to lay her eggs within 50 yards of where we slept and the ensuing visits of the Turtle Patrol made us feel like we were part of the action. The whole beach was laid out before us. Overall, a great vacation at this property.

Two families comprised of four adults and five kids (ages 2-10) stayed at the home for a week in March 2018. It was in fantastic condition, and it provided a great location for a beach & pool spring break. The views of the beach and gulf were amazing. We have small children and appreciated small touches like locks high on doors to access the pool and rooftop deck. The grill and pool area was fantastic!

The house was gorgeous and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was 80 degrees so it was so nice! We will be coming back again!
