House is well stocked for a large group or family. Great location close to the beach and next to a trolley stop. One minor suggestion is to have a refrigerator in the lower garage area for easy beverage access around the pool.

Housekeepers need to do a better job of cleaning. Water filter on the fridge needs to be replaced, we had little ones with us so we chose to buy water. Needed more than 2 towels per bathroom. Had to wash sheets in a couple rooms upon arrival. Everything else was nice.

House was on the main strip through town which made everything we wanted to do close. Rented golf carts and had the best time. Rooms are big and nice. House is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and Jim was very helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend

The house was perfect for our family of 11.The pool was great and the little ones really enjoyed itThe house was really furnished with extras.Since we flew in we were pleasantly surprised to see all the beach and pool supplies. We would definitely stay again.

Family trip

Great place to gather for all ages. Beach within walking distance and free trolley to the Island. Lots of stairs to access living area and more stairs to the upper 4 bedrooms. Owner response was very timely. Would have been nice to have a floor plan included in pictures before booking.

A perfect place for family time

We had a great trip to Anna Maria. The house accommodated our entire family of 12 and had everything we needed. Its very close to the beach as well as the Publix and great restaurants like the Sandbar, Ugly Grouper and Ginny and Janes. and The Feast. Ginny and Janes.

Great Place for Great Memories!

Nice accommodations for a family of 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants. We all enjoyed our own king size beds, and bathroom's for each family. Located within a couple blocks of the beach. It was a chilly week but still had plenty to do. We still enjoyed the beach; played in the sand, fished, and shell hunted. Favorite restaurant was the Freckled Finn, an Irish Pub! Went inland and played mini golf at the Smugglers Cove. The Robinson and Neal preserves were really neat. The kids loved the Bishop Science Museum where we saw a few Manatees. Thanks Jim for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us. Much appreciated!

Family vacation

We loved the house. It accommodated all 9 of us very well with everyone have personal space as well as together space. Kitchen was well stocked to fit all of our needs. We loved the pool. Since it was a little cooler when we went we paid extra for a warmer pool which was great and well worth it. Close walk to the beach which we did several times each day.

Girls trip

11 old friends/nurses together for years… celebrating life mile markers !!! Enjoyed the home and beach so much… and that pool!!!!!!! We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs … well furnished kitchen… however, we didn’t cook much…ate at awesome restaurants around the island…used a rented golf cart and the free trolley!! We’ll be back!!! Thank you for sharing the home!!!

Amazing getaway home

The house was as advertised, and Jim was absolutely great when we needed to get ahold of him. Very easy walking distance to the beach. The trolly stop is right next door, great for getting around the island. Our family of 11 had a great time and never felt overcrowded in the home.

Great house, nine if us, parents, two grown daughters and five grandchildren, ranging in age from 78

The house was spotless clean, everything we needed was there. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, all beach necessities. Beautiful pool area, outdoor shower, we all LOVED it. Our first time visiting AMI, definitely will not be our last.

Just the right one

We liked the bedroom-bathroom layout. Really liked the pool. Kids used it a bunch. Gulf Dr was busy but drivers were courteous when we were going in and out. Thanks homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions!

The Perfect Getaway

What a week in AMI!!!! The house was exactly as presented on the site. Upon arrival everything was clean and organized. There was a small issue with the upstairs A/C unit but the owner was quick to fix it. We particularly enjoyed family time by the pool and being able to walk to the beach. The sunsets were amazing!!!! We hope to be back soon!

AWESOME STAY

What a great spot! We had 12 guests stay and we’re so comfortable. Every room has their own bathroom, lots of space and really clean! The pool was nice, offered lots of toys and floaties. It is the shortest walk to the ocean. It’s across from an Elementary School so the little kids loved seeing all the kiddos in the morning. It’s right in the trolley path which is so convenient. Jim was SO HELPFUL too - our hotel canceled and he allowed us to check in early. It was a great experience!

Fabulous!!

Had a wonderful 10 days at this property with 3 generations of our family! The house has great amenities for all ages with lots of pool toys and beach gear to enhance our stay. Proximity to the beach was great and we took full advantage of the free trolley that stopped right outside the house to explore the island. The home was spotless when we arrived with fresh paint and some new appliances. Everything was in good working order and we had no problems with anything throughout our stay. Jim kindly recommended some great restaurants which we took full advantage of. Great island and great house…definitely 5 star!!

Great property!

We had a very enjoyable week at this property. The property is comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen items, beach comforts, and games. Jim was very responsive when questions / issues arose. The kids loved splashing around in the heated pool and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Sunset Landing AMI is true love

We did not want for anything during our week long stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and more and the stand up showers were incredible (lots of hot water too). Laundry in the house was key with 3 children. The location was perfect. SO close to the beach, near the Island Trolley stops and in the middle of the island. The house is on a busy road but we never noticed it unless we went out front to leave. Groceries, liquor, and pharmacy around the corner were also an asset. The pool area was amazing with ample toys, chairs and towels. I highly recommend this home. One note would be there are a lot of stairs - keep in mind if you’re booking with littles or older folks which may find them difficult. 5 Star service supported by the host who was easy to contact and quick to reply!

Perfect week

The house was beautiful ! Everything was as listed in house description . We had plenty of space for 7 adults 3 children . The owner sent a message making sure we made it into the house okay which I thought was very nice . Perfect week at our favorite island!
