The Day and night house was the perfect place for our family of seven adults (30 something’s to 80 somethings) to spend a week together on beautiful Anna Maria Island.Both sides of the house are well appointed with everything you could need from bikes, beach chairs, flotation devices for the lazy river..washers and dryers on both sides. Four bedrooms and four bathroom bathrooms plus amazing outdoor showers!Since we were with my elderly parents in their 80s, I would point out that the condo is on the upper level and you need to go down steep stairs to get to the lower level where the driveway and pool are located.House is centrally located right in the middle of the island with great access to both the North Shore and South Shore. The owners of the home and the Property Manager are all easily accessible and super friendly and helpful.

Really great property and setup with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Communication was great. House was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the house as a group of 5 and had plenty of space. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Stay

Great house with amazing hosts! There is nothing you need. They have everything. All up to date. Nothing worn down and old feeling. Very clean. House was close to everything. Pool was a major plus! Communication with the host was the best.

We loved this property. The house was stocked with everything and anything you could possible need. The house was super clean. June and Bob checked on us several times to see if we needed anyhiing. 10 minute walk to the beach and the perfect size pool to cool off after the walk back. We loved our evenings grilling by the pool. We will stay again if we visit beautiful Anna Maria Island again.

The stay was pretty perfect:) Rented both units with family and it was a great set up. Both units very clean and had everything you could need and more. The garages were stocked with all beach amenities--bikes were a hit! The owner, June, was so helpful. Responded within minutes to every question I had, making the check in process easy. The pool was so nice. Having two separate areas was so nice for the teens:) Will stay again!!

Great House for Two Families

We had an incredible stay at the Lazy River House. The house is a duplex which is absolutely perfect because we had one side and our friends had the other. The owners go above and beyond to provide you with what you need in order to enjoy your vacation. They are incredibly thoughtful and the owners are the ones who make this house a perfect place for a fun and memorable vacation! We highly highly recommend this house!

Very nice and well stocked duplex!

Worked very well for traveling with another family! Extremely clean and lots of things included with duplex that made our vacation even more stress free! The owners were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family vacation

The Lazy River was a perfect spot for my family and my friend’s family to stay together! We were able to vacation together but have our own space. The pool was a perfect size, warm, and always had some shaded areas for our littles to play but stay out of the sun! We spent most of our time at the beach or at the house in the pool and outside living areas. We enjoyed the beach supplies at the house and bicycles supplied. Holmes beach was our fav and loved that it was a short walk from the house! The beds were cozy. The house was very clean! The outside showers were amazing to clean up in after a day in the sun. We were very impressed with the availability of supplies for our babies they had at the house. It was so welcoming and would recommend it to any of our friends or family!

Extended Stay

What a great place! We rented the whole duplex, perfect location, quiet road, enjoyed having the bikes, plenty of pool items, floats, cozy outside furniture, etc. This house was more stocked with essentials than any other place I've stayed. The owners were truly wonderful! It couldn't have been any better for our extended stay, we LOVED it...thank you!!

Above and beyond our expectations @

This property had everything! The outdoor showers by the lazy river pool are a great plus! Perfect for our family of seven; grandparents, adults and teens. Anna Maria Island is a gem! We've stayed at Virbos in Indian Shores for years this Island is so relaxing. love love ❤️ Our host, and all the extra comforts!

Exceptional property and host!

I stayed in both units of the house with my family, young kids and extended family, and we couldn’t have asked for better. The house is clean and they provided SO many of the things we needed during our stay. Providing a high chair, stroller, baby monitor and more made such a difference for us and our travel plans. The pool and the whole backyard area is amazing - they had towels, beach toys, life jackets, swimmies and more. Our kids would’ve spent the entire week in the pool if they could’ve! It was clean, the perfect temperature, and the most relaxing space. We honestly can’t wait to come back!

Everything just as described

We had two families and rented both sides of the property. It was extremely well equipped, which was great as we cooked almost all meals due to one person with serious food allergies. There was everything you could possibly need for the beach including bikes. The house is located an easy walk to a beautiful stretch of beach as well as to City Pier Park. The heated pool was a wonderful asset for the kids as red tide made it hard to spend long stretches at the beach during this particular week due to respiratory irritation (not an issue at all at the property).

The weather Was excellent in January!!

The property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed on one side and my son , daughter and her boyfriend stayed on the other side. We loved the lazy River pool !! The beach was just a short walk and they have you covered for anything you might need for the beach. My only complaint it was too short !!
