Beautiful, stunning home with amazing outdoor space! The hosts were easily contacted and responsive, and we had a wonderful holiday on Anna Maria Island. It was our first time on the island, and we loved everything about it! Will absolutely be back!

In all my family and I enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. We did experience some challenges with the Wi-Fi that did not allow us to be able to work on our devices due to slow Internet speeds and connections. The slow network, even inhibited us from watching TV in the evenings. I will see the home is beautiful and centrally located near the beaches. We did enjoy the private pool in the backyard with the slide however, there was some cosmetic damage to the home maybe from prior hurricanes which is to be expected.We contacted the host with some suggestions about the cleanliness of sheets and minor touchups. That would make a 10 out of 10 stay. If you have to work while on vacation, I would highly suggest bringing your own Wi-Fi capability, whether it be a hotspot or some sort of access to Internet.Hopefully the host was able to address the Internet network connection capability with the servicer spectrum.Other than that, we enjoyed everything about the rental process. The ease of keyless entry and self check and allowed us the freedom to come and go as we pleased.I highly suggest and we will consider renting this home again with consideration of the above items mentioned.

Great house, great pool, great location, great service

We had 4 adult family members stay at this home for a week. First of all the house was perfect for us… 4 good size main bedrooms with bathrooms, great kitchen stocked very well, comfortable living and dining areas, but the highlights were the outdoor porches, patio and pool where we spent much of our time. Kudos to the rental company…. We had a few very minor issues during our stay and they responded immediately to address our concerns. The location is also a plus…. We were an easy walk to the beach and never far from any other activities we wanted to do like dinners out or a boat ride. Will be a trip we remember for a long time.!

Great House

A wonderful house with a great pool. The pool was absolutely the highlight and the kids loved it. There were a couple of issues. There were issues with the WiFi connection and being given incorrect password and network name. There was also a closet that had a small leak and some mold in there. Overall a great house tho. Very close yo the beach!

Great 5-Bedroom Rental in AMI/Holmes Beach

The house is really pretty and well designed! There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one the primary) with the other three bedrooms upstairs. The main floor is open concept with lots of room to cook, eat and relax! The appliances are in very good condition. The house came with bikes and kayaks which was a bonus! The pool is really fun with a slide, hot tub and built-in table. The outside had several lounge chairs and a large table to eat at. Everything was very clean (although the outside doors could use a deep cleaning). One thing we found perplexing is that they list the capacity at 8 people but there are 12 beds (and even a 13th if you include a trundle in the bunk room). Overall, it was a great home and we’d recommend it!

Great stay

House was close to perfect. A guest had a minor issue with a closet door. Response for help was very quick. I might suggest not having plants with thorns near the pool. They put holes in our beach ball !!! Was the best house we have rented so far.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous inside and out! We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the porch. This house and pool did not disappoint!!!!

Family vacation

The house was very clean. There was a odd odor when we arrived. The pool and hot tub was great! The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The beach access was within walking distance. Our Overall stay was super nice.

Amazing and Great for Families

What a relaxing week! The house was very clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc, a garage full of beach toys, carts, umbrellas and you will not find a better pool and slide for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice home, great location but could be so much better

I had written the property manager over a week ago but never got a reply so I am writing here. Overall we really enjoyed the trip and especially the location. The house was good but in thinking back for the fee we paid for 2 weeks there can be improvement. When we checked in the overwhelming smell of disinfectant caused us to have to open all the doors ands windows to fumigate the home and the floor had a film all over it, we had to wipe it down with wet towels. It is as if the cleaning crew simply mopped the floor with Lysol and not diluted it We told the managers but no one offered to come out and redo the floors, we did get a mop we asked for and re did the floors ourselves Also its the little things that matter. While I know these homes are constantly rented, they do need some downtime to fix the little things. The sinks were clogged and slow running which they did come out and fix. The in-suite bathroom upstairs shower floor was in need of a new grout job as it was dark with mold in the floors of the shower. Our first night when we went to bed there were no top sheets made on the bed, so we went to get one and the cleaning team had placed them back in the closet damp. The beach towels are great but the bath towels have seen their shelf. Life and could use to be replaced, they were fairly bare The bed in one of the upstairs bedroom is advertised as a king but it is 2 twins pushed together on a king mattress. The umbrella at the pool, not the one in the pool has no way to secure it and flops around in the wind , thus it really provided no shade The beach chairs and umbrella are a nice plus but should be checked and replaced every now and then as all the stands for the umbrella to place in the sand were not functional. All the fans in the bedrooms certainly worked but you can see the dirt on the fans, just not a nice site to lie there and view as you lie in bed. Overall it is a great house and a great location but it is disappointing to pay so much money and have these little things lurk over you in the vacation So as I said its the little things that gnaw at you while on vacation. Improve these things and all is great. I think the management team can do a better job in maintaining the home in support of the folks that pay these rates for the vacation

This house is perfect in every way OTHER than the beds and bedding. Super uncomfortable and the thin pillows and bedding were awful. BUT, I’ll just bring my own next time. Backyard is literally an oasis. Stunning. House is gorgeous and clean. Walk to the beach is a breeze. Loved it!!!!

Great getaway

We have stayed on AMI 3to 4 years in a row. Every year our party gets bigger and every year we need a bigger house. This house was perfect for 12. Very roomy would stay there again for sure.

Amazing house

This is an awesome property. It is prettier than the pictures. The outdoor area is like having your own personal resort. We loved the pool and even though our family was ages 20-79 the majority of us loved the slide. Having 2 king ensuite rooms downstairs is great when you have older adults staying. A total of 4 king rooms with 3 ensuite is awesome. Our only complaint would be the bikes and beach supplies. Out of the 5 bikes only 2 were in working order. It was not a big deal for us but we would have enjoyed them. We did appreciate all the beach towels. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they had someone out within 30 min on a Saturday. Overall this house is great and you cannot go wrong staying here. Looking forward to our next stay here.
