Great multi- generational family get together

The location was quiet and a short 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We loved that every bedroom either had an en-suite or dedicated bathroom. The decor was beach and the palm surrounded pool added to the luxurious vacation feel. Plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas and toys. Loved having the 2 laundry rooms for our stay.The starter supplies( dishwasher and laundry detergent, and toilet paper) didn't last long with our group of 11. Plenty of towels and beach towels, but we could have used more than two dishcloths and towels. The pool was beautiful and new pool furniture arrived the day we arrived. There was an issue with the pool filter and heater which Steve, the property manager, took care , though we did miss a couple days of pool use waiting for the water to reheat . Steve was incredibly helpful during our stay with recommendations, and was even able to work with the cleaners to get us in a little earlier than check- in time.Erin and Brian , the owners ,were quick to replace beach games that were broken when we arrived and notified us of any maintenance being done in the house( window washer).Don't hesitate to book this beautiful property.

Overall the house was good. Clean. The location was really good. I’m not sure what a newly renovated house meant? The little things missing or broken can cause inconveniences to add up. 1. We needed to iron some packed clothes for a Sunday morning church service. There was no iron or ironing board. The property manager told us to maybe wet the garment and place it in the dryer. We bought an iron and ironing board @ Wal Mart. 2.

ALL the amenities, great location!!

We have stayed in many houses in AMI for our annual friends trip, and this was by far our favorite! The open living area was open and spacious enough for us to all spend time in the evenings for laughing and games! The rooms were great for our group of all adult couples with so many king beds, and the AC kept the place chilly with HOT temps outside! The house had more amenities than we’ve ever had with enough high quality beach chairs for all of us, coolers, towels, wagons, and even a grill for a hotdog cookout beach break! The location was close to drinks at Ugly Grouper and breakfast at Ginny and Jane E’s. The property manager went above and beyond with communication! We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic stay in AMI!

We loved the house, location, neighborhood, proximity to the beach and the awesome pool. We like to cook and the house had absolutely everything we needed, even multiple colanders which we used on pasta night. Steve the manager was on call and very helpful. There was so much space and the house accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 teens extremely well. The owners provided literally everything you could ever possibly want for a great day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, kadima set, frisbees, and a large rolling sand wagon to transport it all. We loved playing ping pong in the garage and were able to store our rented bikes in there. All in all, our group of 3 families had a fabulous week at the Shore House and hope to return!

Perfect location, minutes away from a perfect beach.

I could have rated this property as perfect but it fell short in terms of overall cleanliness. Door handles and cabinet handles were dirty. The smaller throw rugs at doorways were disgustingly dirty, several pans were so worn that they were not worthy of using. For the price charged, there were not any extra toilet paper, paper rolls or trash bags. This is the first vrbo that I’ve stayed at that did not provide those little extras. But the location is perfect, wonderful pool and plenty is spacious bedrooms. Have 2 separate laundry rooms was very convenient. Communication and check in process was excellent. With a little extra attention to details, this property could be a gem.

Wonderful Beach House on AMI

Wonderful 6 bedroom and 5 1/2 bath beach house. All bedrooms nice size rooms with King beds. Easy walk to beach. Well furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and 2 wagons. Nice clean pool although it only gets partial sun throughout the day due to palm trees and house blocking sun. Ping pong table in garage adds another fun thing to do. AMI trolley stop close by is a plus for seeing and getting to rest of island. Certainly would rent again!

Amazing house and location

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The weather was perfect. The beach house is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach, even for children. The house is spacious and comfortable even for our larger family. It is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is incredible and fun for all ages. The Red Tide air and fish kill was nasty the first couple of days, but obviously there was nothing that could be done about that. The Wi-Fi and television were spotty the first few days, cutting out randomly, and then non-existent the last couple of days. It was apparently a new system, and the property manager tried to assist. I am sure they will get it worked out. But there were some advantages to not having TV and internet. We would definitely lease this property again! Thanks!!

Great property!!

Property was great! Very clean, lots of extras (games, books, pool toys, beach toys/chairs/wagons). There is construction going on next door, they start around 730a-4ish and it will be sometime until house is finished. Walk to the beach is short and plenty of items supplied which was great!! Pool is great and was heated (it was not working for 2days, no heat and no circulation). Property manager was responsive with issue and told me the scheduled day the pool company would be there (but still had 1.5days with out pool heat or circulation in the pool, something was wrong with the filter). Biggest gripe is barely any outside seating, There are 5 outside balconies and there was only one chair on one balcony and nothing on any others. Pool area is huge, but to lounge at pool only 2 loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs (we ended up pulling up chairs from the outdoor table). House could use some more dining chairs/bench as well. (Island has seating but would've liked for all of us to be able to sit at the table for meals). House is huge with 6 king rooms, 1 room with two single, pak n play and high chair provided, and 5.5 bathrooms. We would come back and stay!! House is walking distance to Pine street, but a bit of a walk with small kiddos so we ended up driving for dinner and ice cream.
