"Un attended reception desk, self collect keys from a key safe box. Mattress must have been 30 years old, springs coming through, missing hole in the Mattress. No Breakfast as advertised, was told a takeaway Breakfast will be on the floor a 7am. Lovely building, in need of a desperate clean ."
