"Floors were dirty, and in general the place is getting run down. Breakfast was just ok. Didn’t like the pre-made breakfast sandwich. In the back of hotel where we entered, there were two shirtless men sitting, smoking, and they had a small bbq grill that stayed there for the 5 days we were there. ..."

"Very quiet and comfortable. We saw wildlife in the backyard. Short drive into town which is very convenient. Nicely stocked for coffee. We enjoyed our stay. Host was great."
