"This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh."

"What a hidden gem and a great value! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, especially the Raleigh Convention Center (GalazyCon 2025). Used Lyft/Uber every day to get downtown, and the cost was less than PaidParking, and so convenient. The townhouse was immaculate (a real must for me), with space to be together and have private time. It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. "Overall, we're happy with our stay, but it had some unexpected issues. While we were getting settled after arrival, we noticed the A/C wasn't working. The owners were quick to try to help us troubleshoot, but unfortunately the A/C unit was broken. The owners were able to get a couple of window units in place. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we were in short walking distance of a grocery store which was very convenient and helpful. "Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind.
