[Beach Access & Additional Amenities]

* Private access to the beach directly from the ground floor pool deck or 2nd floor private deck on your private boardwalk over the dunes with steps leading directly down to the beach.
* Seasonal pool available and open April-October. (Dates will vary by weather patterns. Ask for clarification if your dates fall close to these windows.)
* Though the quiet neighborhood and gentle rhythm of the tide make it feel like you’re miles away from civilization, you’re only a quick drive or short walk to Surf City attractions such as the Surf City Pier and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. Shop at the Surf City Business District and grab a bite at some of the many nearby restaurants such as Surf City Fish Camp, Wildfire Pizza, Turtle Shell Key West and many more. Or grab a sweet treat at Celtic Creamery or Pelican’s. You may never want to leave the house, the pool and the beach, but if you do, you won’t have to go far to make new memories.
