Perfect vacation from start to finish!

We had a wonderful time visiting Topsail for the first time. The house was absolutely perfect for my family of seven. The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the top deck. Tony made check-in simple and easy. The house was clean and spotless on arrival. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved all the games and movies. My son proposed to his girlfriend on Serenity Point which made the week even more special for all of us. We will definitely be back to enjoy Terrapin Station again!

Perfect location and layout

Terrapin Station is located perfectly in Surf City, has a wonderful view of the ocean, two decks and gates for a dog. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy.

Anniversary trip

The house is just gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen and every clean. Everything about the house was wonderful. My husband and I and our dog Zari enjoyed our stay. The decks were nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean. All bedrooms had deck access. Our only complaint would be the stay wasn’t long enough. Will definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at this stunning oceanfront home that truly stands out for its exceptional layout. What makes this property special is the rare feature of ocean views from three main bedrooms, allowing each adult in our party to enjoy private space with spectacular vistas. The home strikes a perfect balance between communal areas for gathering together and separate spaces for quiet time or privacy.The interior is beautifully appointed, and the floorplan thoughtfully designed to maximize both togetherness and independence. Tony proved to be an outstanding host - attentive and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had before, after, and during our stay.This property is ideal for small groups or families who want to share a vacation experience while maintaining their own personal space. The combination of prime oceanfront location, multiple ocean-view bedrooms, and excellent hosting made our stay memorable.

Christmas Recovery

The only thing that could make this place better is a longer stay. Everything you could possibly need, inside and out. Lots of areas to gather and make memories, play cards, and have fun. Wonderful views and everything is within walking distance, the pier, groceries, coffee, shopping, etc. We WILL be back!!!!

Birthday Getaway

Had a wonderful long weekend celebrating our mama’s birthday. Home welcomed us and had everything we needed. Easy access to all area attractions. Great location

This property is very clean and well stocked. Some of the pictures need updated, particularly access to the beach. The picture shows a smooth long access, but now access is a drop off which made it impossible for me to use due to knee problems. Public beach access was right next door so i used that .

Beautiful Oceanfront House

A beautiful oceanfront house. It is well stocked and very clean. The location is great. It is about a mile walk to the shops at Surf City. This was our 2nd time staying at the house and we will definitely stay again.

Nothing compares

We count down the days all year long until we get to visit this property again. It’s hands down the best rental property we’ve EVER rented. And we’ve rented quite a few. The house is always extremely clean & very well stocked with anything at all that you might possibly need. The owner is wonderful and responds quickly if you may need him. Fabulous Property

My parents, husband and I stayed for a week in May 2024. The house was clean and wonderfully stocked. We have never stayed in a house so well stocked. The owner really did think of everything. We had an issue with the downstairs thermostat, so I sent a text to the owner. He responded within the hour and was at the house to fix it the next day. Great owner and a fabulous property!

Wonderful stay at Terrapin Station

We were delighted with this house from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Location, comfort of furniture, extremely well stocked kitchen and other rooms. We have rented houses for decades and had some really good ones but this house definitely exceeded our expectations. Tony was great at communicating with me throughout the process and even texted to make sure we were in the house and everything was OK. The house is very well located to restaurants, shops and the IGA grocery store on the island. I guess the best compliment I can pay is that we have already booked for next year. You will not go wrong in booking this house.

The house is not only in a great location close to Surf City, but is also well stocked which is an important factor for those of us who drive quite a distance. The oceanfront views never disappoint at this beach house!
