July Disappointment

Very disappointing. The tv in bedroom was the size of a computer screen and was not operational the entire stay. TV in living room was also small and it took 3 days before property manager could get to work. The furniture was very well used. Entire condo needs a refresh! Only positive was assistance from property manager.. I would not recommend.

It was a very nice stay

We loved being on the main floor, only a few steps to the condo and kids can jump all they want without bothering people below :) Location is wonderful! Close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, fish market, and most importantly so close to the beautiful beach with white sand! Maine Lobstah Shack was our favorite restaurant and it is 4min away. We wish for the hangers in the closet, we had to buy them. We also were surprised that the policy is not to leave anything in the apartment, you have to donate any leftovers in the office. I think it would help next people and us to have some salt and paper and sugar at least in the cupboard :) People in the office were always nice and helpful and things got resolved quickly. Kids loved the pool so much, it was great to have it.

Great location with community pool and easy access to the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, comfortable seating, and nice view from balcony.

We enjoyed our week! The only that would have made it better was having a bathroom by the pool.

Taking the grandkids back and forth to the condos for a bathroom break was a little bit of a hassle but would definitely recommend stay here!

The TV's in the condo were "antique" -- the living area needs a coffee table or somewhere to sit drinks, snacks etc. There is no full length mirror , which helps when getting read. Some areas are very dated and need some attention. It was located very conveniently and was very clean.

The place was perfect for our family and perfect location. Upon arrival we were greeted to a poorly cleaned unit. They had to come and clean the property before I could move my stuff in. This was a very large inconvenience but it was handled quickly. 1 tv was rough for the rainy days.

Unit had updated major appliances, but the freezer did not have an ice maker. I haven’t filled ice cube trays in years - it just surprised me. The ceramic stovetop did not appear to have been cleaned, as there were several areas of crusted-on food and spots on much of the surface. I did not have Stovetop cleaning product with me, but I did use a sponge, a little dish soap And some elbow grease to clean it as well as I could. I did not use the stove at all, so I’m hoping the cleaning service did a better job following our checkout. Countertops had several sticky areas, too. Comforters on two beds had sand on them!? Overall, the unit was pleasant, but would benefit from some newer touches to coordinate with the lovely flooring and appliances.

Great location! The pool at the facility was perfect for our young children. The condo was older which wouldn’t have been an issue, but it was very dirty. It was obvious nobody cleaned before we checked in. There was dirt everywhere!

It was a very nice condo.

It was clean and efficient, lots of storage and ample room for the four of us. I had wished I could have rented one closer to the beach with my disability. I'll keep that in mind for the next vacation. My grandsons loved everything. It was their first vacation and they couldn't have been happier.

The condo unit was nice but the Lewis Realty property management company was awesome

When we arrived at the condo the air conditioning was not operating properly. I called the property manager at 6pm on Saturday. Within an hour 2 technicans arrived saying we would be down until Monday. An hour later the Property Mgr brought 2 new portable fans over for us to use until the A/C was repaired. On Sunday morning a different technician came out and repaired the A/C (Freon line was leaking). By noon we were back up and running. I was very impressed with the professionalism and rapid response of the Lewis Realty management company. Regarding the condo unit itself, it was clean and well stocked. The only complaint was the balcony sliding screen door was extensively rusted and should be replaced.
