Sunchaser is located on a quiet road on the north end of Surf City. Getting to the beach couldn’t be easier! Simply walk across the street and use the public beach access as your gateway to a fun-filled day making sandcastles, searching for seashells and swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. When it's time to return for a break from the sun and fun, shower off in the hot/cold enclosed shower on the ground floor and enter the home through the wet weather entry. Life is easy here at Sunchaser and once you experience the views from either deck, you know you can quit chasing the sun and call Sunchaser home!

You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
