The place was amazing with a great location right on the beach. The only issue was the railing on the top deck was very loose.

Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and attentive owner made this our best annual family beach trip ever.

The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. Our host Steve Morrison was superb. He was at our beck and call. He answered our texts in an instant. We have booked the place for next year. Can't wait@

Awesome week in Surf City

Really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day! We enjoyed the beach, watched sunrises, played games, ate lots of great food (including at Rick's one evening), did some shopping, got ice cream several times at Sweet alicious, played pickleball, fished & played mini golf.. It was a week full of fellowship and we were blessed to get to spend a week together in such a beautiful place.The house suited our family perfectly! The neighborhood was quiet, the beach was not crowded, and the street traffic was not heavy. Despite our first day (Saturday) being under a tropical storm warning, the weather the rest of the week was wonderful. The host was very easy to reach and addressed a small issue we encountered quickly. We very much hope to stay here again for future summers.

Great ocean front family week

Spacious bright ocean front house perfect for big family. Loved the tall deck chairs looking out over the ocean and the outdoor shower. Luxury vinyl in family room perfect for sandy kids and pets. Bring beach chairs. Great place!

Everything you need right in the beach

House was very clean, manager very responsive and helpful, access to beach right off deck great for kids, high deck chairs were perfect, quiet neighbors. Could use some kitchen upgrades, although it had everything we needed it was a bit dated. Overall, a great visit!

This house has it all.

We have been coming to this beach for many years. This house is one of the best we have rented.The kitchen was fully equipped .The beds were super comfortable. And wow what a view from the big porch.

Slice of Paradise

We loved the area, we loved the house and we loved being right on the beach listening to the waves! Topsail Steamer was a great dinner choice and Sunrise Bagel Co has the best bagels! We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Outstanding beach property

Beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, great set up at the house, super clean. Host was extremely proactive and responsive. Couldn’t have been a better trip. Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be going back

Beautiful place, right on the beach

This was a great location and beautiful place. Had all the amenities that the site said it did. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware, pots and pans, etc!!!!!!!The only downside to this, we were not aware that when we arrived, we had to make our own beds. This is not something that I/we have ever had to do in any other VRBO we have stayed at. would have been nice to know this before we got there.

Fantastic Beachfront House!

This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us! We had a fantastic time!!

Annual Family Beach Vacay

This is our 3rd time at this property its perfect for our family. 6 adults 3 kids...plenty of room and parking. Easy access to the beach. Love just sitting on the deck in the captain chairs. Can't wait until next year!

A Slice of Heaven

We have stayed at Seas the Day many times and our stay this last time was as wonderful as all the other times. The house is well maintained, clean, plenty of room, and dog friendly which is important for us. Checking in and out is a breeze with Steven and he is very responsive as well. You really can’t beat the location, close to everything you need. We love the view from the deck; it’s a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. For us, it’s a slice of Heaven.

What a wonderful vacation!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this perfect beach house. This was the first year we have actually stayed on the beach and it won't be our last. The house was perfect for the seven of us and our dog. We loved that we could leave the beach at any time and arrive at any time as well. Beautiful sun rises and sun sets and the perfect everything!!!!
