The townhouse was perfect for our family. Great balcony views of the beach, easy access, and a great playground for our toddler. Only 5 minutes from pier and shops. Host had excellent communication with us to make sure we had a great stay.

WOW! First of all, the condo was clean and exactly as described. The morning view of the ocean was excellent. Sean was an excellent host. He contacted us right after we booked the condo. He and I touched base on a couple occasions prior to our check in. All vacation hosts should be like these. Hands down, the best interaction I've had with a vacation host. We've had good interactions with hosts in the past, but this one, by far, has outpaced the others. We WILL be back!

Relaxing Weekend

Our family really enjoyed this property. Great location! This was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The communication with Sean was amazing. The only things that would make it better would be a king sized bed (but the queen sized beds were super comfortable) and some comfortable swings on the lower deck. Highly recommend

Great family trip

You can’t beat the location, esp with little kids who don’t like walking for too long 😂 beach was literally steps away, and this property had everything you needed, for play, for cooking, for comfort. The only tiny complaint we had were the pillows (they were all super flat, lumpy) but otherwise Everything was perfect!

Amazing vacation

My sisters and I bring our kids to Topsail every summer and this was our best stay yet! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and two bins waited for us with sheets towels, spices, paper towel… everything you could think of. The location is perfect and we enjoyed nights and early mornings on the beach. The host was the nicest, most responsive host I have ever communicated with. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Perfect, as always!

This was our third stay here and there's a reason it's our favorite place in Surf City! Fantastic location - directly across from Beach Access 5 (the good access location - no stairs, so it's easy to haul everything to and from the beach), across from the playground, and a super quick drive to restaurants or over the bridge for groceries, mini golf, etc. Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, multiple decks, ocean view, always clean. Sean is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Also worth noting - my husband had to work on this trip, so the upstairs office space came in very handy. None of us were ready to leave today!

Fabulous Family Fun!

The owner was amazingly responsive and helpful! The beach view was impeccable and the decor was both beachy and classy. This townhouse gave all our family members space while the gathering spaces fit us comfortably. Such a fabulous place and we’re already planning to return!

A great vacation home

We have been staying here for the past 3 years when we come to Surf City for our family vacation. The house is always clean, the location is convenient to everything. The home is one street from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The house has everything we need to have a great vacation. Sean is easy to get in touch with if anything is needed. We will be back next year!

A group of 8 of us stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday, and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The property was absolutely perfect in every way from location on the island to the amenities available! Sean, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay magical! I cannot say enough good things about this place! This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and we've already booked for next year. The condo was super clean and well stocked. Perfect Stay

This is a great property in an equally great location. It is upgraded, well maintained, and well equipped. Laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, toilet tissue, trash bags, and hand soap all provided. Well equipped kitchen and a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Sean stayed in contact with me from pre-arrival to checkout and provided me with all the info I needed. We will most definitely look to this property when we are planning a return trip to Surf City.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!

Everything about this place was just wonderful. Great location- sitting on deck watching by to ocean, sleeping to sound of the waves. Home lets in ton of natural light, is airy, tastefully decorated, kitchen well organized. The house had everything we needed. Sean is an incredible host- so thoughtful and easy to reach. This was our first time to Topsail, definitely not our last. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.
