Bottom floor has double enclosed garage and entry. First floor has open living and kitchen area with wall of windows looking out on sparkling waters. You don't realize how nice it is until you don't have to walk up three flights of stairs every time you go from the beach to the living area. See the sunrise from your pillow. Watch for the pods of dolphin that run in the early morning and late afternoon. Fresh seafood can be purchased on a daily basis from the local fishermen who bring their hauls in and sell them at the market 3 miles away. Walk for miles in either direction on the beach. Look for prehistoric sharks' teeth and shells. The sound is just a walk away and provides amazing sunset panoramas.

The towns of Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington( international airport) are less than an hour away.

The only drawback to this house is that you'll never want to leave.
