This house is amazing. Very well stocked with everything. The kitchen, bathrooms bed sheet, bath towels towels for the hot tub looking at the ocean. Two primary bedrooms on separate floors!! So you can bring your parents!! LOL Wonderful house, great location. Close to a lot things to do and restaurants but just far enough to be peaceful and safe. Wish that I could give higher than a 5 star rating. This place is a 10

The house was perfect for our family Christmas beach getaway and a great place to relax and recover. Amazing views of the ocean while relaxing and having coffee on the balcony while dolphins passed by every morning.

Lovely accommodations and a great view of the beach. Beach access was easy and the porch was inviting. We watched the surf while we drank coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! Restful and restorative. While we needed little, Donna was very responsive when we reached out. As forewarned in the listing, the stairs, both inside and out, are steep so we factored that into our stay.

Great property with an amazing oceanfront location. Walking distance (10 minutes) to all Surf City shops and restaurants. House was exactly as pictured and described in listing. Owners were extremely responsive and very helpful. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Linens provided were high quality. Bathrooms all had shampoo etc. which was not expected, but appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked. Beach gear was convenient. We had our dog with us, and he loved every minute. Top floor is gated at the top of the stairs which was a plus. But nothing compares to the location. We spent many hours on the beach, but nearly as many sitting on the decks (porch swing was great, hot tub nice at the end of the day) watching and listening to the ocean. We had an extremely relaxing vacation, and would stay here again without question.

Donna did it, again!!! Steve and I had a wonderful experience with communication, as Donna is always on top of things and provides all the info you need ahead of the visit. We also love how she checks in with us day of to ensure we got in ok and checks, again, mid week to ensure we are enjoying our stay. Our boys love their bunk rooms and have repeatedly said that this house feels like our second home (don’t we wish)!!! This is our second stay, the first being over the Winter and this last time was over the Summer. The house was clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s a beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds and seating. We love this house so much. We look forward to our next visit. This family of four highly recommends!!!!!

Just perfect! Had everything we needed!

What a perfect stay and beautiful beach. We loved the sunrises, all the wildlife, including diving pelicans and a pod of dolphins! This was the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was labeled and organized so well. Beds were very comfy! And the town was very cute too :).

Excellent Location with great amenities

Excellent location with easy access to the beach and all local attractions. Lots of beach toys, chairs and everything you need to have a great day at the beach. Includes everything you need including kitchen amenities, linens and towels as well. Owner was quick to respond to all concerns.

BEST Vacation House Ever

I can not say enough nice things about this vacation house and owners. The house was perfectly cleaned organized and had absolutely everything we needed. Perfect location right on the water and the hot tub was a bonus. We had two families stay with grown kids. The owners we nice enough to let us bring our small dog at the last minute which meant so much to us. This was our first trip to Topsail as we have always gone to outerbanks. I think we found our favorite NC beach. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Trip!

This was a fantastically maintained and decorated property, with an absolutely perfect location. The beach is literally steps away but you're just far away from the pier to have a little distance from people, a close enough if you need to go grab a quick coffee it's only a few minutes away. The owners are courteous and prompt with their communication, and we'd gladly stay there again!

True ocean front and clean, simple style

Great stay over thanksgiving week. Communication from our host was outstanding with several touch-base messages before, during, and after our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked for our stay - whether its a few extra laundry pods or new spices in the kitchen or board games to play, we had almost everything we could want. My one critique - sacrifices had to be made to fit the appliances/cookware in the tight kitchen footprint; however, this left little room for food supplies except for in the fridge or the countertop. Would love to see some creative storage options and freeing up of pantry space to round out our otherwise great experience.

Relaxing week by the beach

We had a great time. The house was conveniently located to the ocean and was nice for our teenagers going back and forth to the water. It was a little far from the main area of restaurants with it being so warm. We have a 1 year old and appreciated all the amenities for him to make our stay safe. It was so nice to have umbrellas, highchair, gate, beach toys and boogie boards provided which allowed us to pack less in the car.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Well appointed kitchen supplies. Morning coffee on the upper deck watching dolphins swim by, easy access to and from the beach. Endless beach activities and family time!

Another great week at Topsail!

We had a great time and the house was in a perfect location! We were able to walk to dinner and get ice cream multiple evenings and really enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation spot

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber. The facility was clean and ready when we arrived. The property manager was outstanding very responsive and used email to checkup on us during the visit. Access to the each was outstanding. Only problem was the wife and I are of age and the stairs were not our friend, but the exercise done us good Lol. Overall I give it an outstanding rating.
