We enjoyed our time here, and the layout is great for multiple families. My parents stayed in the bedroom upstairs, while my husband and I stayed with our kids in the three bedrooms downstairs.This is one of the cleaner beach properties I've stayed in, which can be hard to find! I also loved all the windows and natural light throughout.

This property was absolutely beautiful, the location was wonderful and communication with the owner was spot on!!! My family was here for graduation and they enjoyed this house SO much!!!! We will DEFINITELY be booking this house again. Thank you for the great communication also

Perfect for our group. Great sleeping space and wonderful multi-level deck! Was a treat to walk a few steps onto the sand to enjoy the beach for fishing, strolling and enjoying time with the family!

We come to this area every year, the first week in November because the weather is usually nice and we like to surf fish. The home was beautifully decorated and updated. Right on the beach, we woke up every morning to the sounds of the ocean. Erik was more than accommodating. We had just a few questions and he answered them timely, and efficiently. The home is well stocked with all the amenities you could think of. We were very impressed. We will definitely be back!

Property was perfect for our 3 family groups. Beach was quiet and uncrowded but within walking distance of restaurants. Loved the beach facing decks on both levels and sliders out from every room. Would definitely stay again.

Whatever the house needed felt like it was scheduled while we were there, with zero respect for us being on vacation. Yes, he credited me one night, and the house was perfect, but three days of our week vacation was spent overseeing maintenance workers. We've never had such a horrible experience; imagine it's your vacation, and you wake up with ladders slamming into the wall outside! Had it not been for the host, It would have been five stars, but this guy didn't care that we wanted respite. He acted like us; playing property manager was my dream gig on vacation.

We’ve stayed a few times in Top Sail over the past couple years. This property was definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at. It was spotless, easily accessible to everything, fully furnished, the neighborhood was safe, and the owner was great to communicate with. Upon arriving I had a couple questions and Erick responded in seconds. During our stay, we got rain & wind from the tropical storm and he texted to check on us. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was exactly as described. The floor plan is perfect and the views from essentially every room are breathtaking. Owner was super quick to respond and remediated a minor inconvenience (linens) immediately. Easy checkin and checkout process. We 100% would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The property was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The easy access to the beach made our days relaxing and enjoyable. Multiple decks made it easy to enjoy the weather accordingly. Communication with the property manager was seamless, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Overall, it was a great time and we would definitely recommend this place to others!

We have been staying in this house for the past vew years and we witnessed how the hourse got renovated, and how the owner cares and provides all the essentials. The house is in a perfect location. The host is very kind, responsive and cares obout the guests' experience. We recommend it for 100%, especially knowing how little you can get in Surf City for the simmilar money or even more.

We had a wonderful week! The house was beautiful and the location was very good. We had enough space for our family. The kitchen was filled with all the cooking supplies that we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the decks when we weren't out in the ocean.

Our family had a great time relaxing at the beach! So many properties advertise that they are "beach houses", but in reality are within a few blocks or so. This wonderful house was right on the beach. The host, Erick, was totally responsive to our every need and always communicated without delay. We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this great house more strongly!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erick’s beach front home! The location couldn’t have been better as you could walk right down to the sand, and we loved that all 4 bedrooms had beachfront views and a deck. The house was extremely clean and organized and was stocked with whatever you needed. Erick was quick to respond with any questions as well! It was the perfect home for our family beach trip!

The house was exactly as promised in the listing. To me the pictures don't even do it justice. It was perfect for my family and loved having my coffee every morning watching the sunrise. The beach was amazingly clean and watching the dogs and people going by was really relaxing. Literally on the beach as soon as you walk off the deck. Spent everyday on the beach. Can't wait to stay again in the future!!! Thank you!!
