The house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach. The location allows is ideal for walking to the pier, park, store or restaurants. The owners were quick to respond. Highly recommended by our whole family.

We are repeat renters. The location of the property can't be beat. The view from the balcony is outstanding and the elevator was a big favorite of our four-legged companions. The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental property. The kitchen is well appointed and there's plenty of storage space. Love the early check-in! The owners are friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will likely rent again!

This is an AMAZING home! I cannot recommend it enough. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. The pool is shared with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue at all! It was heated and very warm as well. The elevator works great. The only issue we encountered was the listing showed more beds in the ground floor room than there are, which gave our group quite an issue at first.

Summer Escape to Surf City

Wow. Amazing! Beautiful location for sure. Can walk to everything. The Elevator was a must for us due to older travelers. It was a God send. Our host, Ted, was the absolute best. I would rent from him again. He made all the difference. Only suggestion comments would be the pool could be larger to accommodate 8 units and out main patio sliding door handle was broken off (very difficult to open). This door used many times during the day. I WOULD REBOOK WITH TED IN A HEARTBEAT! Thank you for a memory making vacation!!!

Family Vacay 2025

Ted is a great host and tended to every need as quickly as possible. The house was in a great location, as everything is walkable. All 21 of us had a wonderful, carefree stay at both units which are just steps from the beach. The pool and elevator are also wonderful amentities that were definitely utilized. We would surely come back!

The Perfect Family Getaway

I vacationed here with my extended family, in ages ranging from 4 - 75, and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I booked Ted went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - friendly and full of tips.The house was amazing - clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for all 10 of us to feel at home.The biggest highlight is the location - just out your door and there's the beach. Plus, there's always something to do in the area - restaurants, shops, kid's activities. I would highly recommend!

Fully furnished and well equipped house located on the beach in Surf City. The neighborhood offers easy access to everything. Right in the heart of Surf City and walking distance to pier, restaurants, souvenir shopping, grocery's, ice cream, coffee shops and more. Beach access was a breeze and the heated pool was a added bonus. There's nothing like waking up to beach views everyday. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. The Host was responsive to all questions and went out of his way to check in with us and provide basic check in and out procedures. Everyone including the dogs had a wonderful time, I would stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided even a pack n play for the baby. We were able to park the cars and walk to everything you needed. This is the best vacation house we have ever stayed at and hope to stay there again.

Comfortable and Convenient

This property met our needs exactly for a small family reunion, plus remote work for my husband. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again!

Great location and house!

So many wonderful things about this house! Location - could walk to restaurants, Inis Spa (the best), stores, and easy walk down to the beach from the house stairs. Having 3 king size bed suites was ideal, lots of room and privacy. The elevator was a great feature, and necessary for our group.I enjoy going to a home which looks like a home, with comfortable furniture, nice decor, and plenty of kitchen gear and spices, etc. The view was AMAZING! Finally, communication with the owners was smooth and very accommodating! Definitely recommend this terrific home!
