Great Thanksgiving stay in Surf City. The home is well located with ocean views and an easy walk to town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing over the holiday.The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortably set up for our group. While the heated pool was closed for the season, the hot tub was available and a nice bonus in cooler weather.Communication with the host was smooth and everything was as described. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
This is from the beach - not from the house. The beach access point is steps from the house.

This was the second time we stayed here. We like the central location on the island. The pool is the highlight of the this home and the beach is only steps away, across the street.

Great Family Location

Overall a great home for a big family. The location is wonderful. The house has a few items that need some maintenance but the owner was wonderful in communicating that they were being worked on.

Perfect Topsail Experience

90 seconds to the beautiful beach and a short walk to the pier and restaurants. Perfect size pool with slide and extraordinary hot tub. Sit on the top deck and look at the ocean inbthe evening. Best kitchen we have had.

Wonderful Beach House

This was our first visit to Surf City and this property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean was still pretty cold, so we spent a lot of our time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Very close and easy to get to the beach. The home was extremely clean, organized and comfy. My whole family enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again next year!

A beautiful home and amazing pool very close to the ocean

This is one of the absolute best beach houses we have ever stayed at in the twenty years we have been renting houses. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and the pool is very large. The kids loved the slide and it occupied them for hours. The front porches and back porch are so nice to sit and relax on while taking in the kids playing by the pool or the scenery of the ocean and beach road. The hosts are very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We would highly recommend and definitely come back!

Great week to celebrate the 4th of jul and family

The weather was great and allowed us to everything we planned. The home is perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and the atmosphere. There are many great aspects of this vacation home that enables us to relax and enjoy the many aspects of the area in Surf City.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had such a great stay in this home. The house was beautiful with modern everything and included everything we needed. It was very clean on our arrival as well and located in a perfect spot with easy beach access. The host made everything easy and kept in touch with us throughout the stay to ensure we had what we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again when we’re back in Surf City.

OUR beach house

We were returning customers this year and intend to return again next year!! Kids love the place. Great access to the beach, with pool and jacuzzi!! The house is very clean and well maintained.

Lovely and spacious home that was clean and had everything we needed. Great location - so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved the beautiful patio/pool/hot tub. Eric and Jenny are delightful and helpful.

Great Vacation

We all had a great time during our stay. The pool was a highlight with the cooperation of getting it heated. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided, along with the bicycles. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lovely place, everything was needed

We had the best time vacationing here. The place was super comfortable with all the kitchen supplies we needed as a multigenerational family of 7! The place felt super clean and beds and furniture were comfortable! The kids loved the water slide and even in cooler late October the heated pool was great! Would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect. Very clean. Great location. The kids loved the pool with the slide. Having two bikes to ride was wonderful , along with several beach chairs. The owners were very easy to work with and replied back within 24 hours. Even though we’ve been used to staying on the beach, the house was a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying there again!!!
