Located on a quiet street in the heart of Surf City, Eleuthera is a simple and cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath economical oceanfront beach cottage. Even the family pet is welcome! Need more space? Consider Abaco - 406-A South Shore Drive an identical cottage right next door. This home even allows smoking.

Living and Dining:

Enjoy a simpler time, with this clean and cozy single floor beach cottage. While there aren’t a lot of extra frills, you’ll find everything you need for a fun filled beach vacation. The fully stocked, classic kitchen comes with all the essentials. The dining area seats 6, and the comfortably furnished living room comes with gorgeous views. Two sliding doors lead from the dining/living area to the oceanfront sundeck and let in plenty of sunshine for a bright interior.

Outdoor Spaces:

Spend your days on the oceanfront sundeck or take your private walkway to the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor (cold only) shower. There’s plenty of room for parking and extra storage under the home for all your gear.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 3 blocks south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more!
