We loved the property. We loved how close we were to the beach access. The property was so neat and clean. It was the cleanest and well decorated home that we have ever stayed in. The homeowner was wonderful and easy to get in touch. I had a question and she replied immediately. We would love to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

The house was fresh, clean, updated and modern. The location is right across the street from beach access. It took our family 2 minutes to walk from the front door to the sand! By a unanimous vote (which included 2 picky teens) we will be returning to this property in the future!

Amazing property! Beautiful, Clean, Convenient Location

We’ve stayed at other houses in Topsail before and this one is by far our favorite so far. It’s going to be hard or impossible to beat this place! Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, well stocked and DIRECTLY across the street from the public beach access walkway (#28). Favorite parts: - 60 SECONDS to walk to the beach - The A/C worked great on the hottest days - Great outdoor shower (with hot water too) for cleaning off the beach sand - Full kitchen (I want that refrigerator for my house!) - TV’s in each bedroom + 1 in each of the 2 family rooms (Sometimes vacations require time apart!) - Conveniently located. - 2 outdoor sitting areas with comfortable patio furniture - Well insulated and Quiet windows… never once heard the cars on the road. 10/10 all around. Great property in a great location. The owner/ host Ginger does a great job.

Love Edge of the Sand

We LOVED our stay!!! The location is FANTASTIC, the kitchen was well stocked, we loved the outdoor grill, and we’re so grateful for the outdoor shower. All in all, this property is a fantastic deal and a perfect location!

Excellent Home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay! Huge Master! Very comfortable, spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Private rooms. Thoughtful details for every convenience. Appreciated having hot/cold outdoor shower, fenced yard, easy access to beach right across street. Traffic noise when on deck was the only negative...Quiet inside. Would Recommend for any family or group.

One of a Kind

I have to say, I have been coming to Topsail Island for 28 years and this house by far exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated yet livable in a very comfortable way. The space is much larger than it looks and there is something for everyone. The decks and deck furniture were awesome, the outside yard very clean and the outside shower as well. As far as needing anything, no, the house had everything you could imagine and then some. The host provided directions for everything and this made it very easy to manipulate. Beach access directly across the street was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, a great find. Well done!

Great vacation

The house was exceptional. The master bedroom downstairs was great for the parents and the baby. The toddler slept on the murphy bed next to the master. Upstairs were 2 adults in one bedroom and the 6 year old in the other. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean .

Toddler-mom review of Edge of the Sand

Loved this adorable house! The main bedroom downstairs is HUGE! It was relatively easy to toddler-proof the main upstairs living space with not a lot of knick-knacks hanging around and plenty of doors to keep a toddler in one location. Best part: there was a door between the main living space and the stairs so no need to bring a baby gate for the steps! Hallelujah!! The owner was easy to communicate with and the instructions given for how to operate the TV, various local establishments, and check out instructions were all thorough and very helpful. The beach access across the street was very convenient (especially for bathroom/snack breaks). Only downside is the beach is rather narrow so make sure to park your stuff close to the dunes to avoid getting your stuff soaked at high tide! I certainly hope to come back and visit Surf City at the Edge of the Sand.

Peaceful paradise

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property. The house had everything you could want and need. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The property was perfect for two small families with young kids. The beach access is right across the street, so no long haul to the ocean. We loved this property and hope to return again in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Great House, Great Location!

We stayed at this house with our neighbors and it was amazing! The beach access cannot be beat and the house had great rooms as well as amazing bathrooms! We have two kids (ages 7 & 9) and our neighbors also have two kids (ages 7 & 9) and it was a great space with the murphy bed and pull out couch. The house had everything we needed and we had such a great time! Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation!!

This home is beautifully decorated inside and out! It is FULLY furnished! It truly is like being at home (but better). We took advantage of both decks for coffee and cocktails. It’s steps away from the beach and a quick drive to anything you could need/want. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and wished we had booked a longer trip. Run and book this hidden gem now, you won’t be disappointed!!

Summer 2022 Vacation

We had the best vacation and this house was PERFECT. The walk to the beach was simple. The house was so well stocked with anything we needed. So well thought out. We cooked in most meals and everything was there for us. The owners were great to work with. Price was perfect. HIGHLY recommend.
