House was nice and in a good location, beach access was directly across the road and there’s a nice quick mart on the corner if you need to grab a couple things. Host was quick with responses and taking care of problems (there was an ant infestation in the kitchen). Cleanliness wasn’t up to my standard (dusty and our feet were black after walking on floors) and there were broken blinds in different rooms but that wasn’t a super big concern of mine. You have to pay extra for linens. The process to book isn’t as smooth and easy as I’d like. Overall, we had a good time though and would return.

Family time at Surf City

We had an amazing time. I always enjoys topsail island. The house was smaller than I thought but it worked perfectly for us and gave jjust the right amount of closeness and privacy. House was also super clean which is always a plus and check out instructions were not bad at all.

Great Stay

The house was exactly as described by VRBO. We slept seven and six were adults. It was perfect. Our one little loved the bunk beds! Short walk to the beach, convenience store and park! The best unexpected bonus was the canal at the end of the street - an amazing view! Great neighborhood - would definitely rent it again!

The house was a great size for our family of four. The house was pretty dirty upon our arrival. The mattresses, pillows and comforters were ancient and really needed to be replaced. The tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, the screens are broken on the front door, the only way to enter the house. You couldn’t close the screens and enjoy the breeze. The door to the screened in porch was broken as well. They had the lock for the door on the outside of the house, very strange. It just needs to be revamped. For the price, it’s a good value but needs kitchen items, new mattresses and bedding and the bathrooms were pretty grungy as well. I would not go back unless it was updated. We had to call the rental office to deliver a broom. There was nothing to sweep or vacuum the sand from the beach that made its way into the house. The size was good, proximity to the beach access was good but it’s half a block from the Trailer Bar. If you want quiet evenings on the porch your won’t get that either. We didn’t mind that as much, but it might be a concern for others.

We had a fantastic time! The house was EXACTLY like the description and photos. The open concept living/dining/kitchen makes it feel very big and open. The house is very convenient to the beach access and bridge. The front porch is the perfect place to have morning coffee or evening drinks and having a washer/dryer was such a blessing. The neighbor was very helpful and allowed our kids to borrow his bikes and put our "overflow" trash in his bin as the previous renters had nearly filled ours. The outdoor shower was a little tricky, but we were able to at least rinse off before going upstairs. We visited over Independence Day so there was a lot more traffic and people during that week, but EVERYONE had fireworks going off! If we visit Topsail/Surf City we will try to rent My 4 Beaches again!

Great place!

This house was great. It was clean, stocked with kitchen items to make cooking easy, only one block from the beach..most importantly I was allowed to bring my dog with me which made it the perfect home away from home! Overall I was very satisfied
