The open floorplan on this second-row home ensures that everyone can be together while enjoying preparing meals or enjoying movies or games. Everywhere you look you'll see lovely details and designer touches, creating the perfect coastal vacation spot. The bright modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters includes all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Outdoor Spaces:
Everywhere you look you'll find the perfect perch on the covered porch or one of the five decks. On the street side there is a covered deck outside the living room, a partially covered deck with ocean views on the second floor, and a cozy covered deck with comfortable seating area on the top floor. On the backside of the house, overlooking the back yard, you'll find two covered decks and one sundeck with sound views. When it's time to hit the beach, use the private community beach access at the beginning of the development, located to the left of house #1502 South Shore Drive. You can come and go as you please! Another fun amenity included with this rental is the community day dock that is conveniently located at the end of the street on the sound. Drop your kayak in here and paddle around the sound and canals for an adventure-filled day.

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 1.5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our islands past.
