Wonderful place!!! Beach access was just a block away and the shops were just down the street!!! We had so much room in the house and plenty of beds for everyone! Nice quiet neighborhood was also a plus!! No traffic driving up and down the street, was able to enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony! Will definately use this place again in the future for our family vacations!!

Beautiful home and furnishings. So convenient to the beach but just far enough away to super quiet. It was the first vacation home we’ve had that we didn’t have to clean as we checked in. Only drawbacks were; a leak apparently from the third floor leaked down to the first floor where my infant granddaughter and daughter in law were staying, and no view of the ocean. But these are not dealbreakers. The management company responded right away for the leak and I didn’t really miss the views since we were so close to the beach. All in all. A GREAT place.

The house was larger than the pictures could really give credit to! It was beautifully maintained and VERY clean! There was almost no bugs or mosquitoes inside or outside the property which was awesome because we thought to expect that with the proximity to the beach and bay. Speaking of that, we were like 5 houses away from the beach or bay both ways! With the private beach access, we were never closer than 20 ft from someone on the beach and that's on the busiest part of the day. The beach was clean and the access point was well maintained! The kids loved the balcony access from their rooms, as did we! The house was fully stocked besides the linens as stated in the description so we actually brought more stuff than we really even needed! We had a few questions throughout the stay and contacted Ward Realty with a very quick reply every time! Overall, best rental we have been in so far!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stunning, clean, and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was one of the most well appointed we’ve ever experienced. The kids adored having tons of books to read and games to play. Even the adults found time to read a beach book or two :). We would stay here again without question! Our only issue was a mosquito invasion the first few days. They covered the walls in the main living area and we spent a long time trying to kill them. Eventually we purchased a mosquito fog and sprayed the decks and car port areas. This resolved the issue.
