Family getaway

We had a great time at “All Marshed Up”. The property was exactly as advertised - very clean and very well appointed. The view of the sound was amazing and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The location was also great - just a 4 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

Absolutely a perfect place for a beach vacation! Our favorite feature of the house was the view of the sound full of wildlife (and even better than the photos online). Here are a few other aspects of the home that we loved: well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, prompt communication with owners, and proximity to the beach and sound. Also, for anyone who has allergies like me, this place did not trigger any symptoms. No offensive odors from cleaning products or detergents.

Perfect Vacation Spot

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a wonderful time in this beautiful home & the view was stunning. The contact with the homeowner was on point. I cannot say enough about this home---it was clean; decorated beautifully; had everything we needed. We will be returning for sure. There are some that misrepresent...this was all that it stated & was pictured.

Great getaway!

The house was exactly what was needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the marsh views from the house/deck and the 6 minute walk to the beach was doable. The proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect, just a short drive.

Beautiful home and location

This was our 2nd time staying at "All Marshes Up". We love the home, the stocked kitchen with option of a coffee maker or a Keurig. If rather make a pot for everyone so we can all enjoy our coffee together. The owners respond quickly as our last visit as well as this one, a later checkout was approved since our flight was later in the day. So sweet to be able to relax a little longer. We hope to stay again!

Exactly as expected and better!

This home is the perfect location for a quiet beach vacay. Only one block down the street is a private access, so not as many people as you may find closer to the pier, which was great. The third floor view is stunning! Kitchen had all the necessities. Perfect size for 4 adults/grown children. Loved the ability to rinse off the sand before coming inside. Will definitely be back!

Beach vacation with family

We loved our beach vacation to Surf City. The home was clean and had beautiful views and the owners were so accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing time at the beach with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided by the owners. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make a few meals. The location was perfect and convenient for anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if ever visiting this area again.

Beautiful Home on the Marsh

Great location, beautiful accommodations, just a short walk to the beach. We loved the pier out onto the marsh that we walked each evening after dinner. And a short bike ride to the grocery store for things we forgot. Teri was very easy to contact and always quick to respond. Thank you for hosting a much needed getaway for 6 working parents of kids that are out of school until who knows when...

Clean and Lovely

The sunset views are wonderful. I appreciate the flexibility of the owners to accommodate a particular request. Lovely amenities were placed and the home was very clean. (I’m sort of a germaphobe, so that’s high praise). I would likely return to this property if I find myself back in Surf City.
