The house was beautiful, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The staff at Ward Realty were amazing. The only thing I would add is a smart tv or cable be put in 2nd floor queen bedroom. Only able to pick up 8 channels on tv. This was the only tv that was not a smart tv. Would definately recommend staying at this house. The elevator was so nice. Did not have to carry anything up or down the stairs.

This is our second stay here. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and in a great location for the price. The property management company handles any concerns quickly and communicates very well. My family had a great time.

The trip was nice. Definitely appreciated the elevator! Rooms were small, but beds were cozy. We had issues with the washing machine, tv, and iron. Found lots of hair on the bathroom floor. Carpets need cleaning. Overall, it was ok.

The property was as listed.. it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.. location was good, there were a few bars/restaurants near by.. the majority were about a mile away. I would of like to see an outside dining table. We sat on the decks and watched the ocean sipping our drinks. It there was no where to put them.. Overall it was a great house! I would recommend booking..

This vacation rental was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway. It was a very close walk to the beach and you had an amazing view from the balcony of the ocean. The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The realty company was very good with communication and expectations. The only thing I can complain about is our neighbor. I will not stay here again because of the unnecessary drama they caused us during our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The location was great and the house was super clean. My kids didn't want to leave. Communication from the rental company was great and checking in and out was a breeze. We love Topsail and would definitely book this house again.

The property was as described in the descriptions and met our expectations! The elevator was extremely useful since we had lots of things and had a member with mobility issues. Proximity to the beach was great, but an ever better surprise was proximity to Herring's Sporting Goods right across the street. Clean and comfortable, we'd highly recommend After Dune Delight!

Easy walk to public beach access. The house is spacious and has great kitchen. My only complaints are that the master bedroom TV wasn't working and it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than this two things, everything else was great!

We didn’t find the walk to the beach too much for us but we are a relatively young family. The views were beautiful. We usually stay closer to the beach but not as high up so we were pleasantly surprised by the view. So glad our favorite places in surf city were still open: 50 South surf shop, fractured Prune, Sears Landing, etc.

We stayed at After Dune Delight for a week and had the best time! The house is so clean, comfortable, and convenient. The listing says 1.5 blocks to the beach but it seems WAY closer (2 minute walk). You can see and hear the ocean, watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from one of the three balconies. We loved the hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We will absolutely be back!

First time going to Topsail and Surf City- the process booking couldn’t have been easier- the property has an elevator, and I have an elderly dad who traveled with us, and the ward folks did a great job explaining the process of getting access. The house was very nicely decorated, with great furnishings and kitchen equipment. The location was a short walk to the beach, and the “downtown” area with restaurants and shops. We loved the property and the process and hope to return again soon!

The home was very clean and very close to the beach. We couldn't figure out how to get the ice maker to work. There are plenty of steps and if you are elderly you might want to rent the elevator. The animal hospital released turtles while we were there and a day a dayBear Island was worth the drive. You have a beautiful home
