"Mucho cuidado con este hotel. Pone que el desayuno está incluido, nosotros de hecho eso unos este hotel entre otras cosas porque incluía desayuno...pero a nosotros no nos dieron ni un bollo durante toda la estancia, el primer día sin ningún tipo de explicación a pesar de que insistimos. Y el segundo día simplemente diciendo que tenían problemas y un "sorry about that". Un hotel de Sonesta debería tener un personal a la altura (la chica de pelo largo de la recepción realmente poco servicial) y una alternativa para este tipo de situaciones, más cuando van más allá de 24 horas (mínimo un voucher o un descuento). Eso sí, para pedirte requisitos adicionales que ningún hotel pide ...en eso son unos genios. De verdad, lo aconsejamos sólo si no tenéis otra opción."
