I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the host. We had booked another larger property for a family vacation and ended up with more people than we had beds. I booked the "Cozy Family Ranch Home" for Aug 14-15 as this was what was showing available. When the host contacted me, I mentioned I was actually needing space for the 13th-16th. He made that happen and saved our trip. The home is well laid out. It feels huge when you step inside. The master bedroom/bathroom is stunning and the game room was the perfect spot we didn't know we needed. I'm so impressed!! I look forward to booking with this host in the future whether in Branson or Fredericksburg, TX! 10/10 recommend!

Location is wonderful, it keeps you out far enough that it is peaceful and quite, but near enough to activities that you are within easy reach of everything. The house setup is great as the bedrooms are well spaced out from each other. The great room (kitchen, dining, livingroom) is nice if you have a larger group, as you won't feel crowded.There is space for two cars to easily park in the driveway, and overflow parking nearby in case more parking was needed.Communication with the owner is easy, and with very swift replies.

Vacation Retreat

The house is perfect for a girls trip, couples getaway or family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean with plenty room to spread out. Everything needed was there ready to go. Highly recommend and will be back!

Perfect house and location for a quick family getaway!

This is our second time staying at this home and we were very pleased, yet again. The house was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. The location is perfect and kids had fun at the pool. Would stay again for sure!!

Tired but worth it.

Stayed for 4 nights. The property was one of the best we’ve stayed in. The pool was fantastic, the littles had the best time swimming and playing the arcade games. Honestly, after the schedule we had i dont know how they found the energy. The kitchen was very well stocked even had muffin tins. Loved the option of the keriug or drip coffee. With an 18 month old, the washer and dryer were life savers. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle. Loved my morning coffee on the front porch, my getaway place. ; )

Cozy, Cute, and Clean

This house was just as it appeared in the listing! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The game room was a big hit for kids and adults. The only issue I had and feel bad about is the checkout procedures. I followed what was written in the binder left in the house, but later realized the emailed version was different so we hadn't taken care of everything we should have! We would absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the Branson area again.

Comfortable, Quiet, and Enjoyable

My husband, myself and our child (age 11) stayed at yhis home at the beginning of October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is accommodating for more people than we had with us, but is also perfect for small families like ours. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you might need, and I noticed baby gear was stashed in the laundry room. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were sizeable. The internet was fast and it was easy to connect to it. The home is located near one area of the lake, and we enjoyed that being so close. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get to. I'd say that you're about 15 minutes from whatever you'd like to do in Branson. We really enjoyed staying in this home.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay! We had two families staying and we had plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it’s very spacious. Very nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

family Branson trip

Was very impressed with this. It was about 15 minutes outside of Branson, but had better benefits than home. Had 2 king master bedrooms (73m grandfather and 38m son), plus a bunk room with 2 queen and 2 twin beds for the 5 grandkids (16m, 14f, 8f, 6m, and 3f}. In addition had a large playroom with 2 arcade machines, a foosball game, and an antique pinball game (25 cents to play). Also, there was large screen TV and DVD in both master bedrooms and living room. We stayed from Friday night to Monday morning. Thanks for the stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Family memories

We were very satisfied with our stay in Branson. The game room was a hit with the grandkids. The home worked well for us as we could spread out and kids could close door to the garage area.
