This is a perfect location and had so many amenities that we didn’t have to leave the house the entire weekend. We had a family of 23 and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves! Everything prior to check in, during they stay and at check out was very well communicated.

Wonderful

Me and my family had a wonderful time at this property everything was well kept in the property was well maintained we enjoyed the view off the balcony we enjoyed the pool enjoyed the game room and many many more things we will be Back again the home is so nice im trying to contact someone to get the floor plan because my wife loved to set up so much we need it close to home

Broken elevator but great view and clean.

House was amazing except for the elevator was broken and they knew about the issue and never told us. We had two family members that needed the elevator due to being handicapped and we were told they k ew about the issue two months prior and had maintenance scheduled for the day we checked out. Said somwone would contact us, they never did. Besides the elevator not working, overall it is a great place. Would stay again if the elevator was fixed and they make it right.

Fabulous house

This is a wonderful place for a family of all ages. The adults loved the two living spaces and the amazing outdoor decks and seating and views. The teens loved the arcade games and golf cart rides. The kids loved the pool (we had a little problem with it - hopefully it is fixed!) and the hot tub and the elevator. The beds and bathrooms were plentiful and comfortable. We were within 15-30 minutes of so many great things to see and do - great location. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Great Rental Property for the Whole Family

This house was a great choice for our family gathering! We had 8 families, most with small children staying. The house was clean and in a great location to be far enough away from the strip, but close enough to be 20 minutes from most things. I will say that while the house pool may be “heated” we were not able to use it because it was still quite chilly. So if you plan to stay during cooler months, please be aware of this! The hot tub was very nice and just outside the pool area on the deck. The rental company was very responsive to anything we had questions about. The decks were huge and would be great during the warmer months or if it wasn’t raining during our entire stay…lol. The nugget ice maker in the basement was an added bonus!

Pool Was Frigid - Kids said “ colder than the Titanic 😂

First of all the property is beautiful. We were looking for an indoor pool for our 6 grandkids. We got there the pool was at 55 degrees . We contacted the property manager immediately and they notified the owners . We were told the owners said “ it’s out of our hands “. The pool company came out and they told us “ they were out last week with the same issue and it wasn’t fixed “. We were still charged for pool fees and cleaning even though we were unable to use . We didn’t want money back just wanted to use the pool . So if your looking at this property for the indoor pool I would look eisewhere . The outside firepit would not work the first night because it was out of propane but they did replace the next day . The outside tv would not work and we were told by the repairman “ it’s been broke for awhile and the owners are aware but have but done anything about it . The house is beautiful . The view is gorgeous . But if you’re looking mainly for the pool , I would stay clear of this house . We read the reviews and it’s an ongoing problem . The owners offered a free stay for one night but that did not make up for not having the pool at the proper temp . They advertise it at 81 degrees but it was at 55. The longer we were there the colder it got . We come to Branson very frequently due to family in the area and was excited to find this property but ended up very disappointed .

Klenke Girts Trip

Seventeen of my sisters, sisters-in-law, daughters, and nieces get together the weekend before Thanksgiving. The place we stayed was lovely. The only things I felt could be better were the pool was low on water and nowhere near the three or five-foot level. Check-out time was a little early. All in all, things were great.

Memories

There was plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the place and making memories. From making dinners together, talks around the fire, playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub to playing games… it was all perfect!

Fabulous trip!

We had a great stay! The house had a fabulous layout and allowed everyone to have a fabulous time. A few things to note- the ADA compliant bathroom does not have rails near the toilet so those with mobility issues may struggle. There is not a handicap accessible parking spot. The Wi-Fi upstairs wouldn’t work for us. The dumpster is very far away- be prepared to drive your trash down. The “sonic” ice maker didn’t work during our stay. There is a locked door to the pool but the windows that lead to the pool provided children a way into the pool without needing the code. They could easily unlock the windows, pull the window up and climb through the access the pool. Even with these notes, we still had a five star stay! Our hosts provided excellent communication, the location was perfect and allowed a lot of family time. Vintage Paris coffee was a five minute drive for some iced coffee. It was reasonable sound proof. The kids loved all the games downstairs. The views were gorgeous. The mattresses were so comfortable that we pulled back the sheets on one bed to see what brand they were. There were twenty two of us and we were all able to eat together which was awesome. The elevator allowed everyone to enjoy the house. The pool at the house and the community pool provided tons of entertainment! If we return to the area, we would definitely rent the same house!

Branson Family Trip

The house was great. The view and location were really good also. It worked wonderfully for our family. Everyone loved the game room. The only thing that could have been better was the floors. They looked nice but our feet and the little one that crawled had black on them. Some of the toilets had a lot of mold around the bowl. Overall it was an excellent trip! Thanks!

Beautiful home with great view.

Directions on GPS are off a bit. Use Ingalls Lane. Hollister MO for best results. Plenty of room for extended family. Beautiful finishes. Close to Branson without being in the ‘thick of it’!

Beautiful Home

I just want to say that the experience at this property was everything it said it would be. The home was Beautiful and the communication between myself and the property management was excellent. Response time to my questions happened right away! Can't wait to rent again next year!!
