The location was really great. Nice views and lake access. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well appointed. There was even wood for the fireplace which was nice. The only minor issues we had were the master bedroom faced the street and had very thin shades so there was lots of light coming in from the street. We switched to the smaller queen sized bedroom facing the lake and it was much better. The water was very hard and had an odd smell. I would recommend a water softener and a water filtration system. The downstairs rooms were kind of dark and we did not spend any time down there. There is only one bathroom on the main floor which was odd for a house of this size but we made it work. The door lock on the front door would make odd noises periodically and unlock itself, which was a bit disturbing. Tried to text and email the host about it but they never responded. Overall a good stay and would be even better in Summer with the lake access.

We came down for our wedding at Big Cedar. Location was right next to the venue and easy to access. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and several items for the kids to be entertained with. Looking to book again!

Comfortable& enjoyable

The size of the house was great for our family!! The concerns we had were a non-functioning smoke alarm, ceiling fans that were unable to operate because controls were nowhere to be found! When we arrived the kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been swept & we could not find a broom! There were several positive points! When we arrived we were confused as to which property was ours so we tried to reach management. They didn’t contact us right away but it became unnecessary because the mistake was on us & the owner did try to contact us that evening! The reservation process was very smooth! The house was fairly close to the swim dock so we were able to have lots of swim time!!

Our stay at this VRBO was good. Unfortunately, on our last night it rained pretty heavily and there were several leaks throughout the house that we did not notice until a significant amount had accumulated. One of the leaks was directly above the front door where we kept our shoes and we had one pair that got ruined. When I reached out about this we were just told to use towels to clean up the water and thanks for bringing it to their attention with no mention of our ruined shoes. Also, when looking at the ceiling, it seems like this is not a new issue as there are water stains on the ceiling in all the problem areas. Our stay was mostly good but after the last night we wouldn’t go back. If you have a big family and you want to be right on the lake, I would let this house be a contender.

Girls weekend

Beautiful property. Easy access, great communication with rentbranson. Only thing I would suggest is that they need to stock supplys. 12 women for 4 days and they only had 4 rolls toilet paper total (2 in each bathroom) and no paper towels.

Great Friends Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at Red bud cove. Would recommend. Water did smell weird just assuming that its pumped from the Lake to the home. Back yard could also use some cleaning up on way into water.

Great lake view

Well maintained, clean and close to some great attractions. We were able to see the Branson bell navigate the lake on its tour. The bird watching was incredible. We were able to cook our breakfast, lunch and dinners ( BBQ)

Great Stay by the Lake

Peaceful and relaxing lakefront stay. The home was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Beautiful views and a great hot tub made it perfect for unwinding. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Girls Trip

Everything was mostly clean. There was a lot of dog hair on the rug in the livingroom and on the couch. The dishes weren't the cleanest, but were also picky and probably would've rewashed them before using anyways. Biggest downside to this property was the driveway. Not the easiest to back out. Plenty of space for 7 girls to stay and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

lake house

We enjoyed the lake and house. Beautiful upstairs. The property wasn’t exactly as described bc the horrible stairs in the house going straight down were not in the pictures. But over all we would stay again and this was my third home rental at table rock lake. The property on the lake was beautiful. Beware of the cleaning ladies tho. I won’t go into detail but just don’t report anything if u have something u don’t like. Over all we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the lake and jacuzzi.

Location was perfect!

The location is wonderful, right on the water in a quiet corner where the kids could kayak and float around. Convenient to the famous golf courses for the big kids. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation!

We had a wonderful time on the lake. It was 11 of us which included a 1 year old (14 mo) The lower level king bedroom worked out perfect for them to set up their pak n play for him to sleep in. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the lake was easy and a nice little cove to play in the water off the dock. Will definitely consider booking again. The property manager was pleasant to work with as well.

Lakefront Fun!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends! Lake access via a swim dock allowed lots of fun floating time and hang out time! It’s a great house for a big group. We LOVED the big table so we could all eat dinners together!! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The Rent Branson team was very attentive and available for questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Great lakeside property, good value

We had a chance to get to Table Rock Lake for an after Christmas stay since I was family all together for the first time in a year. And we made a great choice! This property was spacious, clean, in a quiet area and just right for an extended family. We will definitely be back. And, it was a great value and a short drive to all of the hustle and bustle of Branson.

Beautiful location

We had plenty of room for our party of 9. Beautiful views and the hot tub was awesome. The only minuses where the downstairs door was not keyed so we couldn't go in through that door, which made it harder with everyone having to go through the front door. Also the garbage disposal needs cleaned, it smelled rotten. I did put ice, baking soda and lemon down it, which helped some. But we would stay here again.we all had a great time.

Beautiful view but…..

This home was not to a typical house clean standards. Be aware they charge an exorbitant price for a clean fee, but porch and furniture so dirty we refused to sit on it. Killed 6 wasps during our stay. Bathroom sinks and faucets not wiped down. Left one 1/2 roll to toilet paper. Glasses and coffee cups smelled so we had to wash what we used prior. Hot tub was not new as advertised: chlorine so strong everyone got a headache. Jets do not all work. House needs updating and new HVAC system. Dehumidifiers vents taped to windows leading outside. Not a 4-5 star resort.
