We rented this house to celebrate New Year's Eve and had a great time! The home was very cozy, beautifully decorated for Christmas. We hiked down to the lake, the kids played outside and swam in the pool. Planning on going here again next year.

Christmas Family Vacation

Our family of 25 rented this VRBO to celebrate Christmas for the weekend. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all to be comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this house. The outdoor spaces are amazing. We didn't leave the house the entire weekend. Plenty of space to enjoy each other at the house. The kitchen was amazing with two refrigerators and two ovens. Will definitely be coming back!

18 high school friends enjoying each others company

The property is beautiful! With our group of 18 we all loved having our own bedroom and bathroom. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. The blackstone grill was great for cooking too. Also appreciated having a Keurig plus coffee pot. The swimming pool was practically in our backyard. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Stay!

This house is beautiful! Stayed with family and we each had our own bedroom and bath all with king size beds. Pool and Pickleball were right in our backyard which was great with smaller grandchildren. The area is really nice also, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The only issue was the splash pad at the pool wasn't working but the owner did everything they could to try to get it going. It seemed to be the fault of the HOA not the owner. Having 2 living areas was nice, loved the ping pong table and pool table. It was one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. We will be back!

Extended Family Needed Space

The facility was perfect for what we needed Great-grandparent, grandparents, parents, grandchildren and one little great-grandson. Loved the layout of the house and everyone was beyond excited about having their own bathroom. Loved it, thanks for letting us stay a few days.

Amazing Stay!

This house is the absolute best for large groups! Every bedroom has a super comfy king sized bed, and a designated bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, with everything we needed on-hand for homemade meals. I would highly recommend this property and would happily book this house again! Thanks for a great family reunion in Branson!

Anchored at Table Rock Lake

The house was the perfect size for our large family of 24. Just enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Lots of seating and outdoor space. Having the pool and park nearby was excellent for the kids. We all loved the house and area.

Great house for a work outing

I rented the house to have easy access to the nearby golf courses. I took 7 customers golfing and the number of bedrooms with bathrooms allowed for a hotel level of privacy for my guests. The house literally has everything you could ask for or think of right down to each bedroom having its own oscillating fan. The house is in great shape with comfortable furniture.

Family reunion

Our extended family have vacationed together for over 25 years now and we have stayed at many VRBO rental properties. This property appeared to be very new. The rental was very clean and the check in process was easy. We requested an early check in and the response time was quick which allowed us to get settled earlier. We had a few very minor needs from the management ( ran out of propane for the firepit and did not have enough ping pong paddles for a doubles game) and they were extremely prompt and always courteous with their responses. The only down side was all the new construction still being done in the area, with construction workers and heavy equipment in the neighborhood. Obviously that will not be a long term issue. Overall the property was as advertised, fit our needs and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great for big groups

Big, clean and easy to communicate with management company. On the other hand, we all had issues navigating to the property (not accurate on Google and written directions weren't clear). It's also in a new community and thus lots of construction, including a jackhammer right outside our windows that started at 8am and didn't stop until 5pm on Friday. Thank goodness no workers on the weekend, but definitely not ideal.

Nice place, good for groups.

Overall our group of 16 men were pleased with the house. In the summer the upstairs can get warmer even with the A/C on, the house could benefit from more consumable products (soap being one), more blankets and linens available and there could be a larger trash bin outside. But, it is a really nice place.

Our winter get away.

Our family enjoyed getting away to the, Anchor in the Cove on table rock lake. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. We had nine children and 11 adults. We really enjoyed the kitchen area that was supplied with just about everything you would need. It had plenty of room for all of us to gather to eat, play games, and to just enjoy each other‘s company. We also enjoyed the deck where we gathered around the fire pit and made s’more‘s and just talked. The pool table and the ping-pong table on the lowest level provided the perfect place for a double tournament to take place. We took a hike in the woods at the nearby state park. Our little ones really enjoyed getting outside. Much fun was had by all.
