Branson great for kids

The house was perfect , close to Branson, kids LOVED the slide and kids cave , adults loved sitting in screened porch and watching kids play in cave .. beds very comfy . Highly recommend staying there .. and will stay there again , great neighborhood and super large swimming pool with slide !

The PERFECT family spot

Our whole experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The property owner (Adam) is genuinely kind and it’s clear he strives to ensure a great experience. He promptly answered my questions before we arrived and checked in with us after our arrival to make sure all was well. The local property manager Brittany was also fantastic. She quickly responded when I had a question and was a huge help. Even if we didn’t love the house, our experience with Adam and Brittany alone warrants 5 stars. BUT, we did love the house! The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It’s located within just a few minutes of Branson but is secluded enough to really enjoy the “mountain” experience. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house is perfectly laid out to allow for adult privacy and kid supervision. Our kids loved the slide, hammocks, and games. There are lots of little extras (like a portable heater for chilly nights) and so many towels (even beach towels)! We (thankfully) don’t have a baby but there’s lots of baby extras for anyone who does. The house is VERY clean and the beds, pillows, and furniture are all super comfortable. My children are on the Autism spectrum and vacations usually look a little different for our family. Nothing is ever predictable and new places have the potential to cause chaos. If you have kids on the spectrum, this house is (clearly deliberately) a safe environment and offers lots of sensory input. Everything was perfect. Thanks, Adam!

Vacation 2024

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for all seven of us. We all enjoyed the bottom floor gameroom, especially our grandchildren. The indoor slide was an added bonus. Swimming pool was a short walk from the house. House, pool, property were all very clean and well maintained.

The House was nice and clean. Got right in. The only things I could say that could be fixed was the water pressure wasn’t good. The pillows could be replaced and when I took a shower the towels had a slight smell like they were left wet to long then dryed. But my over all experience was good and I would definitely stay again. My Grandkids loved the kids cave.

Branson vacation

Family and friends stayed for the week in Branson. The house was conveniently located within 15-30 minutes of all the attractions and food. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the slide, hammocks and games located in the house and also the pool. We would recommend this house for a large family with children.

Fun place to stay.

The kids from 9-14 loved the slide, air hockey table and games. Pool was a bit cool still but they loved the slide at it. They asked when we could stay there again! Hammocks were very neat.

Communication

The house was clean and comfortable! Communication not so great and things inside the house need a bit of work and update for safety. We hate some injuries that could have been prevented and it would have been nice to sit on the deck. We couldn't enjoy the view because of the broken deck. The indoor slide was the seller and still the best part:)

Blessed in Branson area

This is a spectacular home. There was so much room and so accommodating to the needs of our 20 month old granddaughter. The downstairs game room and kids cave were every childs, young and old, dream. It was nice to have that to come home to every evening. It was also great to have indoor activities due to the cold weather. We could not have asked for more.

Family Get Away

We stayed for two days but wish we had longer at the house. It was fantastic! We had kids 7 and 9 and it was non stop action. The video games and air hockey were a huge bonus. The house was fully stocked, laundry detergent and fabric softener was provided (or left by someone) and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided as well. Had both coffee pot and Kuerig. It’s in a quiet location, most of the neighborhood are rentals. About 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City but it’s a quick and pretty drive. While in Branson, we only stay at Adam’s properties for the cleanliness.

Women's Bible Study group visiting Sight and Sound Theater

Our ladies Bible study group came down for a weekend trip to Sight and Sound Theater. Great location - only a few minutes from Sight and Sound and a few other spots we wanted to visit. Great communication with the property mamager. We will visit again.

Fun family vacation

We loved it here. Beautiful scenery. Still close enough to everything but more secluded and quiet. The kids absolutely loved the slide and it kept them busy when we we’re back at the house relaxing from a busy day.

Unique!

Our family stayed here for 4 nights with a 2, 8 and 10 year old. This is one of the coolest VRBOs we have ever rented! The cave slide was a huge hit with all of the kids! Between the slide, arcade and board games, and the neighborhood pool, they would have been entertained all week even if we had no other plans! Great location, host was very responsive. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking to stay in Branson...although I'm not sure I want to let the secret out! ;)
